My husband and I had a great time on our trip to the northeast Adriatic Coast of Italy. We have very specific tastes as far as where we like to stay and the private tours we like to have during the trip. Zicasso's travel company did a great job, giving us fantastic hotels, and all of our tour guides were top-notch.

Overall, the trip was great. Zicasso's travel specialist was easy to work with and very accommodating, and was very accessible while we were on the trip, making a slight switch to the itinerary.
There was one small scheduling glitch along the way, but it didn't detract from our trip.
The accommodations were first rate and the tours that were prearranged were excellent.
This is the third time we've scheduled a trip with Zicasso and we have been very please each time.

My family and I loved Asturias. We considered it a “once-in-a-lifetime” trip. Zicasso's travel agent planned the perfect outings for us. Our guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Our agent also provided us with very helpful hints and suggestions for restaurants and shops. Both of the hotels he chose were located perfectly and staffed by friendly employees.

The trip was smartly planned by Zicasso's travel company, with a good balance between sightseeing and dow time, especially with three teenage boys. Overall, it was truly excellent, from the skip-the-line tickets to the quality of the transfers, drivers, and tour guides, the spacing of all we did and saw, and the quick responsiveness when questions or small curveballs came up.
