The travel company and our travel agent were outstanding in every way. Helpful in making suggestions and assiduously careful in the initial planning, excellent in making sure all of the connections and transitions worked seamlessly and accessible during the trip as we went along. Highest possible recommendation possible.

We enjoyed a 16-day trip that included Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. We were able to visit the capital of each and take an excursion that allowed us to explore deeper into each country. We enjoyed the beautiful nature, the people, the food, and the history of each country. The trip was detailed and thoughtfully planned out by Zicasso's travel company to maximize our time in each country and the various cultural experiences. The only negative was the price was very high and Switzerland travel arrangements had a glitch that was eventually resolved. Considering the complexity of the trip and all the advanced arrangements, it was very well organized.

We received very good communication from Zicasso’s tour operator during the trip! Some of the activities recommended turned out to be shorter than on our agenda and others were probably not great choices, but overall, it was an excellent trip!

While they made some good suggestions and the early planning was useful, they made some mistakes along the way including one event which we planned a day around, not having been confirmed. On multiple occasions, our rooms were not on same floor which we had insisted on. We booked months prior to the trip. I also found them much less accommodating or helpful during the trip.

The trip was fantastic! We were referred to Zicasso to help us plan our trip to Scandinavia and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Zicasso’s agent and her team built a perfect 10-day itinerary, which we completed in early September. They worked with our requests and interests, and made necessary adjustments almost immediately. Every detail, from hotels to drivers, transportation between countries, guides, and excursions, were taken care of. I cannot say enough about our agent’s attention to details, quick response to emails, and assistance through the months of planning. We look forward to using the Zicasso team again.

We recently returned from an 18-day trip that was planned and booked by Zicasso's travel company, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had a complicated itinerary that included visits to Helsinki, Finland; a day trip to Tallinn, Estonia; Stockholm, Sweden; Oslo, Norway; and overnight stays in three areas along the fjords: Flåm, Balestrand, and Bergen. Our agent worked closely with us upfront to plan a wonderful itinerary. We were delighted with the destinations, the hotel selections (at our request, small boutique hotels with character and good locations), the guides, the travel arrangements (eg, overnight ferries, drivers where needed), etc. During our trip, there was always someone available to answer any questions we had. We are seasoned travelers who have worked with many travel agencies around the world and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.
