My husband and I trusted Kate from the travel agency to plan our honeymoon in New Zealand and Fiji, a decision we couldn't have been happier with. As we are both big nerds and unconditional fans of the Lord of the Rings, we asked Kate to design a trip that covered as many filming locations as possible. The result was amazing. Not only did we enjoy Hobbiton or Rivendell, but Kate mixed our passion for LOTR with incredible tours and activities that allowed us to get to really know and fall in love with New Zealand!
The resort in Fiji was the perfect end to our trip and we felt truly as if we were in paradise! Moreover, Kate was available at all times and we quickly found a solution with her when one of our flights got canceled. We felt that she had our back 100% of the time, and that is priceless when you are such a long way from home.

The trip was very well organized by the travel agency and provided us with a variety of experiences in Australia. It gave us a real overview of the eastern part of the country, both from rural and urban perspectives. One of the trips had to be rescheduled, and the travel agent made it happen without any issues.

My husband and I went on a wonderful trip to New Zealand visiting both North and South Island. The trip was originally planned for 2021 but had to be postponed until this year. I prefer working with an agent, and Lindsay from our travel agency was extremely responsive, offering helpful options and suggestions. Even though the time we spent on the North Island was right after the torrential rains, we modified the itinerary to spend four days in the Taupo area and two days in Rotorua.
We hiked in the Tongariro National Park and part of the Great Lake Pathway, sailed to view the Maori Rock Carvings, and visited Orakei Korako geothermal pools and Huka Falls in the Lake Taupo area. In Rotorua, we relaxed in the mineral pools of the spa and enjoyed the indigenous Maori experience at Te Puia.
The next 12 days were spent on the South Island where we had sunny and warm weather! One of our favorite places was Abel Tasman Park where we went kayaking and hiked the beautiful Coast Trek. We continued our adventures with a memorable heli-hiking experience on the Tasman Glacier in the Mt. Cook region, followed by visiting the unique blue penguins and Royal Albatrosses on the Otago Peninsula and enjoyed a hike and cruise on the famous Milford Sound in Fiordland National Park.
We ended our journey with three days in the Lake Wanaka area where we kayaked, hiked, and visited some of the region's famous wineries.

This was absolutely the trip of a lifetime!! New Zealand is the most beautiful country I have ever visited. The hiking, scenery, points of interest are so easily marked, well maintained and the care for their country is obviously a priority for the country. We spent 3 weeks in February touring New Zealand. Most of our time was driving south island. Driving on the opposite side of the road was much easier than expected, mostly because the road signage is clearly marked for driving direction, turns and roundabouts -so don't be nervous. Plus, the citizens and other visitors are so kind and friendly. Our agent, Geoff with the travel agency was excellent. I gave Geoff a tentative itinerary of what we wanted to see, his expertise, advice and insight gave us a trip beyond our dreams. He thought of everything, from maximizing our time to see the best of the best, most efficient logistics in traveling around to maximize our stops, our accommodations were beautiful. We didn't have a bad stay anywhere in our 18 days. He choice of excursion companies was also top notch. He even booked our seats on the side of the plane with the best view on the inter-island flights - it was those little things that added up to really enhance our trip.Geoff was also a good communicator, he called me several times to discuss excursions, places to stay/stop, and points of interest. He gave wonderful tips as well. Also, the app of our itinerary was the best - all our information was at our finger tips - hotel, excursions, flights, directions, contact info all in one place!I highly recommend Geoff to plan your trip, I felt very fortunate to have found him. I credit the success of this perfect trip to him and his team!!

Karen is a superb travel planner and, most importantly, a human being. She listened well to the needs of my husband and me as she planned our trip and provided an experience that surpassed our expectations. There was a perfect mix of time on our own where we could simply explore and immerse ourselves in the history and culture of New Zealand.
A very telling fact that kept recurring was the high esteem her guides held for her and their comments regarding her attention to detail. Karen also personalized the trip once we arrived in New Zealand, staying in phone contact with us. She took us on a hike in Nelson and personally picked us up and returned us to the airport.
My family has traveled throughout the world on very high-end tours and has never had the personal relationship and experience that Karen offered. The tour guides she chose for us were, in and of themselves, interesting and intelligent ambassadors for the area and region we were exploring. They were an excellent reflection of our agent’s values and attention to detail. The personal choice of accommodation was also excellent. I give Karen and her team the highest marks!

Our Australian vacation was awesome & a dream come true. Snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef was by far the highlight of our trip. We loved riding camels to see the sunrise over Ayers Rock, watching the sunset with the Parade of Lights near Ayers Rock, being able to hold a koala, and the Penguin March was adorable.
Our travel agent was incredible and always reachable. The only suggestions we made were to put "seniors" on the first floor of a hotel when there is not an elevator and to not schedule the Sydney Harbor Bridge climb on the day you arrive. Even though we climbed it and have bragging rights, it would have been easier with a day of rest first.
I would love to go back!!!!

This was a trip with our 10-year-old grandson. Our agent lived up to our expectations as we worked for about three months putting this trip together. He was patient with every change I'd throw at him and always available, even on our trip if we needed him.

We enjoyed our trip immensely and felt the itinerary was fascinating. Two of our guides, who took us to D-Day beaches and Rouen, were top-notch! However, our guide for St. Michel and Honfleur and Etretat was very, very disappointing. The drivers were excellent and very prompt. Our contact person at the travel agency was very pleasant and easy to deal with before the trip.
