It was a real pleasure working with Zicasso’s travel agency to put together a tour which took into consideration all our requirements. When we arrived, they provided us with a WhatsApp contact, which was great to have, but fortunately, we did not need it. The 14-day tour around Costa Rica worked perfectly. All but one of our transfers were private and the drivers always arrived on time and were friendly and knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, so even the transfers provided interesting sightings. The hotels were very different in style, some large, others small, and we loved that variety.
There was one very small change to our flight time from Puerto Jiménez to San José, which the agency notified us about in good time. They also updated the hotel. Top marks to this company!

We had an incredible experience with Zicasso’s trip planners! Our agent curated such a phenomenal trip for us! She was patient with my questions and eased my concerns. She listened to our goals and hopes, and made things just about perfect!! We felt such comfort with our guides and drivers, and the tours and excursions were more wonderful than I ever thought possible! Our travel company helped open our eyes and hearts to the beauty of Ecuador and its people. I highly recommend this agency! They were amazing!!

We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.
Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.
We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.
Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.

Zicasso’s travel advisor was very receptive to our needs for schedule changes and shifts. Every aspect of the trip went very well and as planned. Our guide was amazing and did such a great job of keeping us safe, including shifting some things around when we had an emergency. The agency also took care of the emergency really well, putting us at ease.
The only reason I gave four stars (I would have given 4.5) is that our contact person in Chile was out of the office for most of our trip and we were given an emergency number. We did have to call the emergency number and the response was great, but it was a bit frustrating that we were given a contact who was out of the office for pretty much the whole trip and we didn't quite have a face to this person or a relationship with them. Of course, everything was taken care of, so no issues.

The whole crew at our Zicasso travel agency was the absolute best! We planned a nine-day trip through Arenal, Monte Verde, and Manuel Antonio.
They provided a great list of options for daily activities that we were able to select from to create a picture-perfect honeymoon.
Drivers were always prompt and helpful in providing background information about the local sites, culture, and history. They even made some off-the-tour stops at our request to show us beaches and find great coffee, chocolate, and ice cream.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by our travel agency, which made our first trip to Ecuador smooth, easy, and memorable. We could not have asked more of our guide, who introduced us to the culture, history, food, and architecture of Quito. Her knowledge of the area was encyclopedic.
Our guide in the Amazon Rainforest was a superb naturalist who shared his knowledge freely, leading us to an eye-opening experience in the jungle. The cruise aboard the Galapagos Legend was first-class in every way.
Zicasso’s tour operator also saw to it that we made our transportation connections, which certainly relieved the stress associated with that aspect of traveling in a new country.
The itinerary put together by our travel agent ran the gamut of Ecuador, from the Amazon Rainforest to historic Quito, the Ecuador highlands, and the Galapagos Islands. We could not have been more pleased with the trip, which leaves us with memories for years to come.

Zicasso's tour guides, for the most part, were excellent. All of them were punctual, very nice, and accommodating, especially our guide in Mendoza, who went out of his way to help us and give us a wonderful experience.
Our tour guide in Iguazu, although very nice, was very inexperienced. The day we got there, it was raining and he said we would have to cancel our helicopter ride because of this. My daughter suggested we just flip the itinerary and move the helicopter ride to the next day. Our guide said, "Good Idea … ". Also, when he drove us to the helicopter, there was an hour’s wait, which was fine and not his fault. However, while we were waiting, he should have got the pass to the park since it was a two-minute drive. Instead, we waited an hour, took the helicopter ride, and when we got to the park entrance, found we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to get in. An experienced tour guide would have been able to figure out those logistics.
Our hotels were very nice, except the one in Mendoza was a bit shabby and not comparable to the one that we were supposed to be at. I question why we weren't staying in the city of Mendoza. The hotel in Buenos Aires was in a great location.

Zicasso’s travel company did a great job planning our 10-day vacation in Panama. The hotel and activity recommendations were excellent, all of the transfers were smooth, and all of the selected guides were professional. Our agent and her team made trip planning easy, while keeping it within budget! From scheduled tours to providing the resources for us to figure out “solo” plans, we had everything we needed at each destination.
