We had an excellent trip to Chile. All the transfers and guides were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The trip was exactly as described, with no bad surprises! The accommodations were clean and well-located. The Zicasso company representatives stayed in touch with us before and during the trip, but we didn't need any assistance. We would book with them again.

Everything was arranged thoughtfully, with time for "adventures" and downtime at terrific resorts to relax. All pick-ups, travel by limo, and drop-offs went as arranged. The drivers, guides, and hotel staff were all very pleasant and kind. Zicasso's tour operator did a great job planning our eight-day, family-of-10 trip to Costa Rica! We appreciated that most tours, hikes, and ocean experiences were small groups of just our group of 10. This made it a personal and annoyance-free experience all around. Thanks!

Zicasso's trip planner is excellent! She planned a personalized itinerary for me and my family, with activities for all different ages in our travel group. We truly enjoyed our experience in Quito and the Galápagos Islands. 
Our tour guide did a wonderful job taking us around Quito and ensuring we got to fully experience the city (including historical landmarks and local spots). In addition, one of our family members had altitude sickness and he put a lot of effort into helping her get assistance and even medical care in the airport.

We are basking in the memory of a simply amazing trip to Argentina with Zicasso... it was awesome. The responsiveness of our specialist and guides, and the attentiveness of service overall, was very noticeable throughout. In particular, there was a storm that hit in the days prior to our arrival in Bariloche (Argentine Patagonia Lake District) which impacted boat schedules, and behind the scenes, without us knowing, we were rebooked and rescheduled for various activities in a seamless fashion to ensure we got the hiking and other experiences we were hoping for. Great service!

Zicasso's travel company and our agent were a pleasure work with. We adapted an itinerary to our interests and created a special private tour for ourselves. When we had a pharmacy need, they went out of their way to help us locate our medicines. Our guides were wonderful! I would recommend our tour company for future travel!

The Zicasso travel agent and his team of experts worked with me to craft a memorable trip throughout continental Chile and Easter Island. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that all the details – local guides, accommodations, entry tickets, domestic flights, etc – were handled. Zicasso's travel specialist helped by booking and planning every aspect of our trip (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, etc), all based on my wishes, along with his suggestions. He also ensured we had time to relax between activities (so often, an agent books so many activities you don't get a chance to stop and sit, but we had a few hours each day to do so). From meeting us upon arrival to the constant communication during the trip, he made sure everything ran smoothly. We had to adjust a tour due to weather, but he was on top of it, ensuring we had other options for that day.
