I highly recommend booking with Zicasso's travel company! From the moment we started planning our vacation, the whole team was patient with my many questions and ensured my mom and I had the trip of a lifetime. Our travel specialist was always so kind and made every effort to personalize our itinerary with a great mix of exploring the outdoors while embracing the local culture. Even when my sister, who was supposed to come with us, had to cancel last minute, our agent and the team worked diligently to adjust our hotel rooms and other bookings, taking a huge weight of stress off our shoulders.
I would also like to thank our driver (a fabulous storyteller), who was with us through most of our trip. Not only was he a great person to talk to, but he always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was truly a pleasure to meet him!

Everything was arranged thoughtfully, with time for "adventures" and downtime at terrific resorts to relax. All pick-ups, travel by limo, and drop-offs went as arranged. The drivers, guides, and hotel staff were all very pleasant and kind. Zicasso's tour operator did a great job planning our eight-day, family-of-10 trip to Costa Rica! We appreciated that most tours, hikes, and ocean experiences were small groups of just our group of 10. This made it a personal and annoyance-free experience all around. Thanks!

The Zicasso travel agent and his team of experts worked with me to craft a memorable trip throughout continental Chile and Easter Island. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that all the details – local guides, accommodations, entry tickets, domestic flights, etc – were handled. This was our third international excursion through Zicasso and its travel partners, and we will definitely use Zicasso in the future.

We had a great time. The travel arrangements were seamless, which was impressive given the number of arrangements that had to be made. The drivers and hotel staff were efficient and courteous. We had some wonderful guides. All the hotels had lovely grounds. The room at the hotel in La Fortuna was wonderful.

This tour company did an excellent job of understanding our needs and helping us every step of the way, from initial contact and throughout our trip.  They chose excellent drivers and guides, and continually checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly.  When   we missed a connection because of a delayed flight they advised suppliers and rescheduled drivers and guides.  Special commendation to our agent who gave us months of personal attention and made it possible for us to get a taste of several regions during a short two week vacation and the travel specialist who met with us and acted as our  hostess for the trip.  I highly recommend both the trip planner and Zicasso for putting us in contact with them.  Shirley S.
