Mary planned a terrific trip for my sister and myself. The two best parts were thanks to Mary and her choice of guides while touring Cairo and Luxor. They were so knowledgeable about the kings and Pharaohs and every temple and mausoleum, both Egyptologists to the max, and both lovely gentlemen. Her hotel choices were perfect as well.

Not on her, but I would have done our trip without the "cruise down the Nile." I really didn't enjoy that at all. A drive to Luxor from Cairo would have suited me better, and then a drive to Abu Simbel, which was not offered or mentioned, would have been a much better choice for me. But all in all, a wonderful trip!

Overall, the travel agency arranged an amazing and unforgettable tour for us in Israel. LeeAnn is extremely organized, positive, and knowledgeable about Israel. She was able to propose an amazing itinerary and worked with us on edits until it was perfect.During the tour itself, she was very hands-on and reached out to us frequently to ensure everything was running smoothly. There were some minor scheduling issues (as can be expected on a nine-day tour), but she was very hands-on and proactive at fixing.

I would highly recommend this travel company and look forward to working with them again.

We highly recommend this very professional and detail-oriented travel company. Jaouad helped us plan a 10-day trip of a lifetime to Morocco, seven days spent with our driver and guide and two and a half days with Jaouad himself.

Our guide picked us up at the airport in Casablanca where we spent a few hours visiting the Hassan II mosque and the local synagogue. We then drove to Rabat, which we toured for the afternoon and spent the night. On day two, we drove to Fes, stopping at Meknes and Moulay Driss along the way. We did a fun ceramic class in Fes and spent the next day touring this amazing city, including the tannery, the Mellah, the royal palace, and wandered through the souks.

The next day, we drove to Erfoud and then went into the Sahara Desert, where we did a super fun ATV ride and a sunset camel ride, and “glamped” in the desert. The following day, we visited a local market in Rissani and the gorgeous Todra Gorges with an overnight stay in Skoura.

Our last stop was three nights in the magical and very busy city of Marrakech, which included visiting the labyrinth of markets and doing a fun cooking class in the Atlas Mountains. Both our guide and Jaouad were phenomenal! They were fluent in English, very knowledgeable, super nice, and very interesting. We felt like we were continually getting the inside scoop on all things Morocco, ranging from the history of this beautiful country to its culture, to the politics and more.

Jaouad also chose beautiful hotels, most of which were riads, which gave us five-star accommodations in the authentic Moroccan style. I cannot say enough amazing things about our trip, which was perfect from start to finish!

Hassan, the owner of the travel agency, created a superlative dream vacation for our family in Morocco. We spoke over the phone and communicated via email to finalize the itinerary with his local knowledge and recommendations. He chose the most beautiful Riads for us to stay in, found in fabulous locations within each city.

We visited many locations within Morocco which included Rabat, Chefchaouen, Volubilis, Fez plus a day trip in the Atlas Mountains. We experienced Marrakech, enjoyed an overnight stay at a desert lodge in the Agafay desert and visited Essaouira, and Oualidia. The trip was completely stress-free, with our driver-guide managing all our travel between locations, and local guides in each city. 

We are usually independent travelers, but this experience with the travel agency has completely changed how we will travel going forward.

I would have given 4 1/2 stars but there was no option. My husband and I took a 2-week trip to Jordan using this travel company. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Our private trip included an array of hotels with a driver and guide. The car was comfortable and in good condition. We liked the driver very much and he was fluent in English. The hotels were exactly what we hoped for. We were always met on time. The reason for losing 1/2 star was a poor quality guide who didn’t even allow us a full day of touring, which we were supposed to have. The guide misstated facts, told tall tales, and tried to give us a shorter itinerary than agreed to. Each time we stood our ground, he called the travel company to make sure they would pay. The travel agent was available to tell them it was paid for and to take us where we wanted. We did not contact the agency while in Jordan to let our agent know what was happening was different than promised. He would have gotten us a different guide had he known. He asked for feedback when we arrived back in the USA. I told him about our experience with the guide and he was saddened we didn’t let him know at the beginning of the trip, my fault. The guide will never work for him again so this won’t happen to anyone else. I would definitely use this travel company again but I would communicate if something was off.

We had a fantastic time exploring Israel with our guide from the travel agency, Nathan! We learned much about Israel's rich history, culture, and people. Our agent expertly planned our trip based on our requests and interests, and each day our itinerary included interesting and thoughtful sites and tours.

We were surprised to find out that Nathan would be with us on each of our guided days since that had not been our experience on other trips. We are so glad that he was. It felt like we were traveling with an old friend who wanted us to have the best time and knew all the best places to take us to, to be sure that we did not miss them. Nathan is an excellent, knowledgeable driver and guide! He is a true Israelite, eager to share his love of Israel, its people, and its history with us. He did so in a warm and inviting manner while also giving us time to explore on our own.

The travel agency helped to arrange each facet of our trip, including our arrival and departure from Israel, which were notably efficient and greatly appreciated.

We had an amazing trip. Kirsty and the travel agency were a joy to work with and made the entire process of planning what was a complicated trip seem effortless. From the very beginning, Kirsty listened to our goals, understood our limitations, and was able to create an incredible itinerary. Even when we had an unexpected life event and had to pivot our trip slightly, she took it in her stride and made the necessary changes without hesitation. Trying to visit three countries in one trip seemed ambitious, but with Kirsty's oversight, it happened.

With the exception of the transfer from the Israeli border to the Jordan border, all were seamless. The people we interacted with through the arrangements made by the travel company were wonderful. We did not have a single negative interaction with any of our drivers, guides, or aides at the transfer points. I would highly recommend this travel company.

The trip itinerary was very well thought out, and the company was always attentive to our requirements. The attention at the airports was excellent and the guides were attentive and explained well.

Some vehicles could have been more comfortable since we had long road trips. The Nile cruise was very pleasant, but we would have expected a more luxurious or better-maintained boat. This was made up for by the service of the staff.
