We just returned from a fantastic trip to Japan, our third family adventure with Zicasso. Our travel company provided excellent support throughout the planning process and outstanding resources for use during our trip. The accommodations in three cities were amazing and the mix of one-day guides, plus flexibility to wander and discover on our own, was ideal. Our entire experience was seamless. Thank you!

Zicasso's travel agent and his team put together an amazing two-week trip throughout Japan for our family of five. Every detail was thought of. The activities were so well-planned and unique with a private experience. We never felt like the places were gimmicky or touristy. Getting us tickets to the sought-after sumo tournament in Tokyo was a true highlight! Our agent made it happen. An Osaka futbol game was a memorable afternoon. Our agent made it so easy with all of the various transportation details to smoothly get around Japan. We are grateful for all the meticulous planning to make this a truly memorable trip for our family!

I really enjoyed my trip. Zicasso's travel company did an excellent job crafting an itinerary to my specifications and budget. I had nice accommodations and excellent guides!

We had a great trip to Thailand with our Zicasso trip planner. They set us up with a very helpful guide in Bangkok, who made it easy from the time we stepped off the plane, through all the temples, activities, night markets, tuk-tuks, and boats. 
Our hotel in Bangkok was great, with nice views and a nice breakfast buffet. We took the free hotel ferry to the shopping mall and it was a lot of fun. 
Our resort in Koh Samui was incredible. It had a great beach and pool. The elephant sanctuary and the cooking class were highlights. We would probably pass on Pig Island next time as it was very dirty and we saw pigs getting attacked.
Overall, we had a great time and the tour guide took care of us completely, from start to finish. 

Incredibly responsive, helpful and professional service.  From the start to finish, the travel agency was a pleasure to work with.  Gave us excellent recommendations, booked us in great hotels and provided amazing guides and itineraries that matched our interests. Helped with every detail, including getting us subway cards, bullet train train passes, and ways to navigate a country we hadn't visited before.  Would recommend 100%

Everything was very well arranged by Zicasso's travel specialists. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. The tour guides were always on time. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs were very helpful. The hotels where we stayed were amazing. It was a great experience!
