My husband and I went through Zicasso to plan our honeymoon to Italy and Greece. This was the best decision ever! We worked closely with our travel specialist to plan our trip and she was absolutely phenomenal. This was our first international trip outside of the US, so we were a bit nervous at first! However, our specialist ensured every aspect of the trip was organized and that we were taken care of every step of the way.
The biggest relief was transportation. We did not have to give a second thought as to how we were getting places; we had drivers set up at every destination and for nearly every activity. Also, we had 24/7 support if anything were to go wrong, which gave us peace of mind.
If you are hesitant to use Zicasso for your next trip, I want you to know that I was too, but it was the best decision! We were able to personalize and tailor our trip to our needs without the hassle of dealing with the details.

Our trip to Portugal was wonderful. The itinerary was well planned. Our Zicasso coordinator was in contact with us throughout and listened to our goals for the trip. We feel like we saw all the highlights, while getting to do a deep dive on selected items, for example, the Douro Valley and wine tours.
The hotels were perfect for our family; welcoming, spacious, and centrally located.
Our guides were premium! A wealth of knowledge. They were flexible to our schedule/needs and ensured we had all of the necessary experiences (best pastry shops and other unique culinary delights).

This was the first part of a trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It included our children and grandchildren aged 15, 14, and 10; nine of us in total for eight days all over Ireland in an 11-person van. It was memorable beyond words. It was planned terrifically by Zicasso's travel company, with one exception, and our driver/guide was exceptional. We appreciated his knowledge, humor, and flexibility.
The tours and activities were excellent. We especially liked the Jeanie Johnston famine ship tour, the EPIC museum, the Book of Kells, the sheep dog tour, feeding a baby lamb, the falcon demonstration, and the many historic sites we saw.
Our hotel in Dublin, the hotel in Cork, and most especially the hotel in County Clare were fantastic and well worth the cost. The hotel in Kerry was good as well, but unless you are determined to be in downtown Galway, do not go to the one near Eyre Square. We should have planned to stay an extra day at the hotel/castle and drive into Galway. That was the only planning mistake. There is no way that hotel deserves a four-star rating; two-and-a-half for me.
We are now on the second part of the trip to Northern Ireland without the family, just my husband and I, and except for the rainy day that cancelled a planned boat trip, so far so good. We also have an excellent driver/guide.

We could not have had a better experience using Zicasso's travel agency on our recent trip to Greece. If I could give them 10 stars, that is what they deserve!
From meeting us in person upon arrival at the airport in Athens and providing us with a Greek phone to use during our trip for easy communication to the changes made on the fly when our ferry was canceled, their responsiveness and attention to every detail made the trip so relaxing and enjoyable. They planned a perfect itinerary for us, complete with top-notch hotels and service, fun activities, terrific drivers and guides, and excellent meals. Their reputation in Greece is superb and we knew along our journey that we were in good hands.
No matter what time of day or day of the week, our travel agent responded immediately. If we needed a dinner reservation made or a time changed, he was happy to accommodate. Every few days we received a warm text from him to see how our trip was going too. I have never had a travel professional treat me with such attentiveness. I can see why this company is a top Zicasso agent. They are simply the best and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Our trip was great. We sincerely appreciated the knowledgeable and personable travel guides in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Bergen. I do not remember the name of our food tour guide in Oslo, but she was also an interesting and competent guide. The drivers were all on time and much appreciated.

Our family was very happy with our trip. The experiences were excellent, the local travel guides were exceptional, and all of the logistics went off without a hitch. It was great to have someone always a text away!

Our trip to Spain surpassed all expectations. Every hotel, every excursion, and every tour guide was exceptional. When we arrived at an airport, train station, or hotel, a driver was waiting for us to transport us to our next location. The tour guides were so full of knowledge and passion. It added to the experiences. Of course, our guide was the most professional, compassionate, and organized trip coordinator we could have asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Spain was exactly what we wanted and needed. She paid attention to all details and made everything perfect. We are looking forward to working with her in the future.
