Oh my gosh, I think this was the best vacation ever!

After contacting Zicasso, and from the moment our agent first called me (which was probably only a day later), we connected and I felt like she fully understood what my husband and I were looking for in a luxury vacation! Since we had lived abroad and traveled quite a bit before this, I did not want a "bus-tour" vacation. She truly delivered!

The hotels were all small boutiques impeccably placed in the midst of the cities and very walkable. Each had an outstanding balcony with views of the water (or the Acropolis)!

The private tours and activities kept us doing things, which we both love. We are not really "beach people,” but we love warm weather, boats, and water activities. The tour guides were all excellent and a part of our agent's company! We could move about the different islands almost like locals and learn about the history, rich culture, and food on our own time.

It was a plus that we also met our operator in person on Crete! The restaurants she recommended all had excellent food and views! Every place we went, there was a driver waiting for us, so it was totally worry-free. She was also available via text or phone throughout the vacation. We had to make a couple of adjustments throughout the trip and she was always in touch with any changes, late arrivals, etc.

We traveled to Chania and Heraklion in Crete, Santorini, Naxos, and Athens.

We had an awesome two weeks and were totally relaxed!

This was the first time I'd used a travel agency and it was money well spent! There is so much to do in Iceland and I felt overwhelmed when trying to plan myself.

Providing the agency with our budget and being able to not stress about planning was amazing! Our week-long trip was perfectly smooth and we were able to see and do so much!

The last day of the trip was my favorite, when we did an extreme lava cave tour (totally wouldn’t have picked this on my own) and saw the Northern Lights in all their glory from a yacht!

From start to finish, our 12-day Croatia honeymoon was absolutely fabulous, thanks to the Zicasso trip planner!

It was truly life-saving to have her just a text away when we got stuck in Vienna for our first night. She quickly rearranged all of our excursions to ensure we did not miss anything once we arrived a day late at our first stop, Split. It was amazing to see all of the history and eat some of the best seafood ever!

Our next stop, Hvar, was breathtaking. At night, you could see the bottom of the ocean with just the moonlight!! We stayed in a gorgeous hotel arranged by our agent that had an awesome swimming spot in the sea and a huge pool with a slide. When it unfortunately rained for our boating day in Hvar, she was so helpful in reassuring us that she would handle the cancellation. It was so nice to have a point of contact to work through the logistical issues so we could truly relax and enjoy our vacation.

The last stop, Dubrovnik, was definitely our favorite! We highly recommend walking the wall around Old Town. Our boating day in Dubrovnik was one of our most favorite days. Having a private boat was so nice as we could take the whole day at our own pace and enjoy each of the islands we visited.

Overall, this was truly an experience of a lifetime! We can't thank our agent enough for all of her work in making this an unforgettable trip!!!
