Zicasso's travel agent planned a great trip for us, tailoring it to activities that we wanted; as well, he suggested some other activities we had not considered, and all were superb. He was always available prior to the trip as well as during the trip -- he met us at our first hotel in Buenos Aires to explain the itinerary and give us vouchers (which we never needed to show). All pick-ups and transfers went well (except one which was the fault of the local Patagonia tour company). Highly recommend him to plan your trip.

Argentina, Uruguay Vacation Review: Mendoza, Patagonia, Buenos Aires, Colonia, 12-Day Tour

This trip was two years in the making. There were a lot of moving parts. Twelve days, four hotels, and five in-country flights all over Argentina. It was flawlessly executed by Zicasso's travel agency.

Our two-week trip to Patagonia was exceptional. We enjoyed a variety of experiences, from hiking and kayaking to staying on an estancia, visiting glaciers, and horseback riding. Our guides were excellent and the accommodations were amazing. Zicasso's trip planner was available to answer any questions we had throughout the trip. It was very reassuring to have him in-country as a resource when needed. He always responded promptly and checked in with us throughout the trip.
