Day 1
Vienna – A Night at the Opera
Any Austrian will tell you that a real cultural tour starts with food and drink. So after a private airport transfer and the hotel check in, you will join a local guide in one of Vienna’s most iconic cafes. Here they invented various world-famous pastries, including the apple strudel. And their melange coffee is another tasty local insight. As you indulge, your guide will provide a narrative on Austrian history, especially how it has created the culture of today. Later this evening you will attend the opera, for this is the country of Mozart, and classical music still holds sway.

This was a five-star trip all the way. We traveled alone, but always knew we had the security of Zicasso's tour company at our immediate disposal, if needed.

We had a lot of things that we wanted to see on this trip and Zicasso's travel expert was able to plan everything out so we saw all the highlights we wanted to see. We really enjoyed the different types of hotels we stayed in and, of course, the sights were just amazing.

Zicasso's travel expert pulled together a great itinerary and was very responsive to all of our questions, regardless of the time or the day of the week. He checked in with us during the tour and arranged for a birthday cake when we were in Vienna.
We were more than pleased with our guide. He was helpful, always on time, and just a pleasure to be with. He was always helpful with restaurant suggestions and always made reservations for us. He was always ready to help us with our luggage and he even carried a backpack for us during one tour. He even played a "Sound of Music" recording for us while we traveled to Salzburg. It was like we were traveling with a new friend. We would highly recommend our travel company and our guide, We are in the process of planning another tour with them.

Zicasso's travel agency did an excellent job of helping us plan our Central Europe trip by listening to what we wanted out of the trip and then incorporating our ideas and their expert advice into an amazing itinerary. Our itinerary was jam-packed with wonderful tours and awesome adventures, including wonderful day trips throughout the three weeks of our vacation.
We have done a lot of travelling throughout the world and this was one of the best trips we have taken. In addition, they were always available and very responsive the couple of times we needed their assistance. We highly recommend them to assist anyone with their travel plans.

We had many very interesting and fun experiences we could not have thought of or arranged for ourselves. We had a 26-day stay in Austria, 20 days of which were organized by Zicasso's travel agency, during which we visited five cities. That meant a lot of hotel arrangements; train, museum, concert, and other event tickets; private guides; and restaurant recommendations. Everything was well-organized for us. When questions or confusion came up, our agent was immediately accessible by email to resolve things promptly.
