Zicasso's travel agency was great; very attentive and responsive. They booked excellent sites and events with great local tour guides. Even when there was a bump in the road on an issue, the company was prompt in rectifying it, handling it extremely professionally.

We had a lot of things that we wanted to see on this trip and Zicasso's travel expert was able to plan everything out so we saw all the highlights we wanted to see. We really enjoyed the different types of hotels we stayed in and, of course, the sights were just amazing.

Zicasso's travel expert pulled together a great itinerary and was very responsive to all of our questions, regardless of the time or the day of the week. He checked in with us during the tour and arranged for a birthday cake when we were in Vienna.

We were more than pleased with our guide. He was helpful, always on time, and just a pleasure to be with. He was always helpful with restaurant suggestions and always made reservations for us. He was always ready to help us with our luggage and he even carried a backpack for us during one tour. He even played a "Sound of Music" recording for us while we traveled to Salzburg. It was like we were traveling with a new friend. We would highly recommend our travel company and our guide, We are in the process of planning another tour with them.

Everything and everyone you arranged for us was not only to our liking, but perfect.

The hotels were as we like, boutique, not large conglomerate chains. Each was nicely situated, with the staff attentive. The one we found best was in Berlin, with the others not far behind.

The drivers were all nice, on time, and helpful. The tour guides were all informative and knowledgeable, and answered our many questions with aplomb. While all were good, we found the two guides in Berlin to be our favorites. And while she knew her subject matter, we found the one in Vienna too religious and opinionated. We suggest maybe not using her as much.

We did not really use any of the restaurant recommendations you supplied because we like to find local eateries close to the hotels. Two we went to twice because the first experience was so good – in Berlin and in Paris.

One note: there were two times we took a cab whose driver, after taking us, said they did not accept cash and passed a card scanner for me to tap. Afterward, I received an alert from Visa that the charge was $98 rather than the $9 quoted in Budapest and $168 rather than the $12 quoted in Paris. We suggest letting everyone know to only take cabs that accept cash or take an Uber.

This trip exceeded all our expectations! Every element was well organized and on time – drivers, trains, event tickets, and tour guides! The hotels in all three cities were excellent! They were in walkable locations, with great breakfasts and attentive staff. The customization of the trip to the things we wanted to experience was excellent! Whether it was one of many last-minute comfort breaks (much appreciated!), a tweak to the schedule, or an impromptu adventure like an exhilarating toboggan run down Straza hill in Slovenia (epic memories!), he handled it all with a smile. Exploring the breathtaking Postojna Cave and soaring above Lake Bohinj on the Vogel Cable Car were just a couple of the many highlights he helped make happen.

The local city guides were also fantastic, bringing each location to life with engaging stories and a perfect blend of fun activities and fascinating insights. From stunning wineries and delicious culinary tastings to chocolate making, truffle hunting, ancient arenas, and breathtaking historical sites, every day was a delightful discovery.
