Zicasso's trip planner arranged the most fabulous trip for my family. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Africa! She always answered my questions promptly. She chose memorable experiences for us, our lodgings were top-notch, and she "kept in touch, behind the scenes," to ensure all elements were going smoothly. The Zicasso tour operators did an exceptional job from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company. Plus, they were in my time zone, making communication much easier. Our agent always responded within 24 hours and when I had to contact him while in Africa, he responded within the half hour. Every aspect of our trip that was planned for us was exceptional and beyond my expectations.

While everything was seamless and I enjoyed the experience immensely, I was disappointed in the last-minute change to our accommodations in Cape Town. Additionally, it seemed the transports to the airport erred on the side of overly extreme caution and resulted in our spending way too much time sitting in airports waiting on flights.
