Zicasso's trip planner arranged the most fabulous trip for my family. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Africa! She always answered my questions promptly. She chose memorable experiences for us, our lodgings were top-notch, and she "kept in touch, behind the scenes," to ensure all elements were going smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning a trip to Africa!

The trip was amazing. Zicasso's trip expert did an awesome job planning the trip. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and exceeded all of our expectations. The “in-country” travel was seamless. Our accommodations and tours were all top-notch. I can‘t thank her enough for planning this awesome experience.

While everything was seamless and I enjoyed the experience immensely, I was disappointed in the last-minute change to our accommodations in Cape Town. Additionally, it seemed the transports to the airport erred on the side of overly extreme caution and resulted in our spending way too much time sitting in airports waiting on flights.

This was an overall wonderful trip, but there were some things I would have done differently if I’d known.
Additionally, the response from my Zicasso agent was fantastic. It may not have been the answer I wanted, but regardless, she was available.

The trip was exceptional and Zicasso's travel specialist took remarkable care to create an outstanding experience. Once we set out on our trip, her care didn't end. We experienced a missed flight due to airline delays and she picked up immediately and arranged for new internal flights for us and necessary notifications to our lodge. All her plans were seamless and once we entered the country, we didn't have to think about a single detail. The accommodations she recommended for us were incredible and I can't thank her enough for creating such a remarkable trip.
