We have been on many vacations before, but nothing comes close to the amazing itinerary provided to us by Zicasso's travel company. The experience was truly world-class and we did things we didn't believe we could do. I would give this vacation 10 stars if it were possible.
Having said that, I would recommend a couple of small items: For guided tours, make clearer which ones are not guided and provide a rough timeline within the day so we know what to expect. Neither of these is a deal-breaker, but would take our trip from 10 out of 5 stars to 12 out of 5 stars.
They also provided amazing communication. I absolutely will refer them to others.

Our trip was absolutely amazing. Zicasso's tour operator did a great job planning out the details and creating an itinerary that allowed us to see everything we wanted to in an efficient manner. We had a lot we wanted to squeeze into 10 days and we were able to do it all.
The hotels/bed and breakfasts we stayed at were perfect. Even when we ran into an issue with one of the planned hotels, our agent found multiple replacement options and took care of everything, making something that would have been frustrating a seamless experience. We cannot recommend Zicasso and our travel company enough.

Zicasso's travel agent was fantastic in all aspects of planning our trip. I laid out our desires for what we wanted to see and do during our time in Iceland, and he exceeded every expectation we had.
We were nervous to be traveling with a one-year-old, but he made sure we had a pack and play in every hotel, and the accommodations were perfect. His recommendations for when and where to add excursions to our itinerary were invaluable. He made sure that each day was filled with adventure, but left enough time to relax and spend ample time at each stop.
On one of the days, we got a late start and messaged him to change the time of our excursion. Within 15 minutes we were booked for later in the day. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Five stars!
