I was very pleased with the entire planning of the trip. The communication with Zicasso's tour company was excellent. The meals that were pre-arranged by them were fantastic and we probably would not have found them on our own.

We had a wonderful trip. Everything went smoothly. We liked that we were always in contact through WhatsApp. That was very helpful and gave us a security blanket.
Our itinerary was planned through a Zicasso travel expert. The guides/drivers she chose were terrific. They were full of information and stories of each place we visited, and they answered all of our questions. One of a few outstanding ones was in Scotland. We had him on two occasions and enjoyed his knowledge and wit. The knowledge of our guide in Edinburgh was outstanding. The tour in Dublin was with a super guide. He is sending us a recap of our tour. In Ireland, for our tour of Connemara and Kylemore Abbey, our guide was wonderful with his knowledge of the area and his charm and wit. We had a great time with him. In Killarney, we had a guide for the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. He gave us a map with both days highlighted so we would remember where we were. He took us to the most beautiful places and had so much information and charm. We had two days with him and they were wonderful. Our Kilkenny guide went out of his way to get us as close to the Rock of Cashel. He also had so much information as we traveled. All these tour guides/drivers were so good. Our travel specialist did such a fantastic job of choosing this guides!!

The trip that Zicasso's travel company put together for my Mary and me to Italy and Greece was unbelievable!
From the planning and itinerary creation to the trip itself, we couldn't have been happier. The hotels were nice and clean, in great locations, and the included breakfasts were just what we needed to start our days.
All our in-country travel and transportation, from planes to trains, ferries, water taxis, and private drivers, were great. It was so nice to have a person waiting for us upon arrival with our name on a signboard, and they got us to our next destination. While others were left to deal with the stress and anxiety of traveling to somewhere new, we were comfortably sitting in a nice environment and on our way to our next adventure.
Our private or small tour groups, and all our guides or hosts, were amazingly knowledgeable and personable.
The team checked in with us every afternoon to let us know the details for the following day and were readily available if we had questions.
We are so happy we planned this trip with this travel company. You were easy to work with and we believe you provided us with an awesome trip, and because of your planning, it was stress-free and enjoyable. Zicasso's trip planner was very knowledgeable about the UK. She gave us ample recommendations for our "free days." The hotel accommodations were well-appointed and conveniently located. We had an amazing trip! All of the hotels, drivers, and tours were on time and ready for us. A couple of tours could use improvement, but they did not affect our trip negatively. Zicasso's travel agency was very helpful and prompt throughout our travels! We will definitely use them for future trips!
