We had beautiful accommodations, with delicious dining recommendations. Our boat captain to Capri for the day was informative, with good English. The lemon tour in Sorrento was a highlight. It was an overall great trip and we received great communication from our Zicasso agent.

The trip itself was OK. We loved getting to know Sicily and the itinerary provided by Zicasso's travel company was very interesting. The suggestion I would make for new travelers to this region is that they choose another time, instead of May. We expected warmer weather.
Another suggestion is that if you are going to rent a car, choose a small one. The cities are really small (downtown), so the streets are very narrow. You have to be very careful when driving. In Ragusa, a parking lot near the best part of the city should be recommended (I have already told the travel consultant about that).
As for the rest, everything went just fine and I would recommend visiting Sicily.

I loved the itinerary Zicasso's travel company prepared. Unfortunately, I was not able to do most of my tours because I got sick, but the company was incredible. They found a doctor to see me at my hotel and during the rest of the trip, they checked in with me every day to see how I was doing. I was traveling alone, so I felt so cared for because they were always checking in with me to see how I was feeling.
