Zicasso's travel specialist and her team planned an absolutely outstanding 16-day trip for me and my family. We visited Tokyo, Ghibli Park (near Nagoya), Kanazawa, Kyoto (with day trips to Nara and Osaka), and then wrapped things up with two nights at a beautiful and luxurious ryokan in Hakone.
Communication leading up to the trip was clear and efficient, and whenever we had a question during the trip, we were able to get quick answers from our travel company's rep in Japan.
I would absolutely book another trip with this company.

We had an amazing 10-day trip to Japan with Zicasso's travel agency! Their recommendations and local guides were excellent—every detail was thoughtfully planned and we saw and did so much more than we could have on our own. Everything we experienced was top-notch and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped create. Highly recommend!

We have used the Zicasso travel service previously and were happy with the attentive travel agents. This trip was no exception – Zicasso's agent was extremely active in responding to our requests and questions. We had some apprehension about traveling to a foreign country with our (adult) children, but the trip worked out just as planned. Thanks to our agent!

Zicasso's trip planner helped create a magical trip for the four of us. Her attention to detail guided us through the process of developing the plan and through the trip. It was a very magical experience.
The selection of hotels, restaurants, and arrangements was wonderful. The only little hiccup came from the transport arrangements in Kyoto during our stay there. She asked for all the correct arrangements, but the local agent messed up with the vehicle sizing. I called her and it was rectified. I highly recommend her for Japan trips.

We had a lovely post-Tokyo Marathon trip through Japan. We hit so many highlights and we got to see so much of each area that we visited through jam-packed and enjoyable days. Our tour guide was very helpful, friendly, and flexible to help us see as much as we could. We wish we could have spent another week there!
