Great trip, hotels, transfers. Valentina was great to work with and had great ideas and suggestions.

My reason for four stars instead of five is that not all aspects of the trip were explained to me in advance. I did not understand (or would have approved) the large bus trips and would have much preferred being with a small group.Several things annoy me about large tours:1. Pressure to eat the tourist menu lunch ;2) tours taking you to a stop whose purpose is clearly to buy things ;3) silly tour guides.

Least favorite excursion was trip from Sorrento to Amalfi Coast. See reasons above. We were taken to a tiny town where the only place to eat was the restaurant with the tourist menu. Guide was a buffoon. The travel company partner that conducted the trip to Siena/ San Giginamo took us to a ridiculous tasting in a wine store in a highway.
