Zicasso Trips of a Lifetime Itineraries

Zicasso’s trip planner did an excellent job. Communication and the quality of the experiences were everything we'd expected and more, especially in New Zealand. The accommodations were first rate; the highlight was the lodge in Queenstown. The guides and drivers were professional and knowledgeable, especially those in Queenstown and Auckland. We loved the dedicated website for reference, as well as the detailed booklet and maps for both countries. 

For future itineraries, I would add another day in Queenstown and a full day in Christchurch. If days were limited, I would recommend one less day in Auckland and/or skipping the drive/train from Franz Josef. 

The only complication was the day we spent 10 hours going to and coming from Milford Sound.  I recommend doing Milford Sound by plane/helicopter from Queenstown, which would also permit seeing the glaciers/southern alps from the air. The only things we missed were the zoo in Auckland and the Blue Mountain day tour in Sydney. Next trip!

The Zicasso travel team did an outstanding job in organizing our trip to Italy, including stays in Rome, Venice, Florence, the Amalfi Coast, and Lake Como. The hotels, private car and boat tours, and guides were excellent. Everything went very smoothly and was first rate. Everyone was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with the team to finalize the itinerary and the trip was all-encompassing. Definitely five stars!

We had the best time during our wonder trip to Italy. We explored Venice, Tuscany, Rome, and the Amalfi Coast. Zicasso's travel agency arranged the most beautiful hotels, with exceptional service, and fun and exciting tours in each location.

We had outstanding hotels, locations, and views. ​We loved our itinerary. The excursions and tours were exceptional. We prefer small group tours, so they fit us perfectly. Our Zicasso agent was very responsive in communication and arranged everything as we discussed. It was the trip of a lifetime. We highly recommend!

Where do I start? My trip to Italy, put together by Zicasso's travel agency, was absolutely incredible! From climbing Mount Etna and seeing the craters to swimming in the deep blue, crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea on the Island of Capri, I had the time of my life! It's a good thing I have pictures and videos to remind myself that it really happened because every day felt like a dream. I can't thank the travel agency enough for creating special moments that will last in my memories for a lifetime!

The Zicasso team spent about an hour with us on the phone listening to what we wanted to see and do while we were in Italy. They came back with an itinerary that was absolutely perfect.

We went to Rome, Venice, Florence, the Amalfi Coast, and my parents home town, Mola di Bari. They planned all the hotels, tours, transportation, including air, rail, and private transport, to get us to and from everywhere. The hotels they selected were all top-notch and centrally located. 

The team was available 24/7 to assist if we needed anything. They went so far to assist my daughters in sending Mother's Day chocolates and flowers to our room on Mother's Day.  Everything was planned flawlessly!
