Our trip was outstanding. We tried doing this trip in 2022, with a cruise. We both got Covid and had to quarantine in Montevideo, Uruguay. Undaunted, we came back this year for a land trip only.

Our agent, Kieran, did an outstanding job. He helped us navigate through our experience and our 19-day itinerary was wonderful. We started out at Iguazu Falls, and went to Salta, Argentina, then Ushuaia and portions of Patagonia, including Tierra del Fuego. From there, we went to Chile and Puerto Natales. Torres del Paine was amazing, along with the fjords. San Pedro de Atacama was otherworldly. I can't say enough good things about this trip! You won't be disappointed.

Kieran checked in with us during the trip to ensure things were going well. What an unforgettable experience. We met wonderful people along the way, the food was excellent, and we had great wine! We had great accommodations for the whole trip. Really a great experience.

The trip was very well organized by the travel agency and provided us with a variety of experiences in Australia. It gave us a real overview of the eastern part of the country, both from rural and urban perspectives. One of the trips had to be rescheduled, and the travel agent made it happen without any issues.

The travel agency did an amazing job planning my family's trip to Argentina. We were first-time international travelers and Mariana (our main contact) handled everything with care and professionalism. She provided excellent recommendations for itineraries and excursions and offered timely communication. 

Once we decided on dates and final locations, she took care of everything else, from flights to hotels and transfers, and even added extra touches to some of our tours. We had a very busy itinerary and tight schedules on some days, but we never had to worry about anything once we were there. 

The hotels and tours she selected were top-notch, and all the guides and drivers were professional and friendly. I cannot thank Mariana and her team at the travel agency enough for making our trip to Argentina truly special and worry-free.

Alejandro was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and provided us with choices that appropriately matched our preferences. He was very honest and upfront about the things we discussed, offering options and opinions, without trying to pressure us into anything. He responded promptly to all of our emails, answered all our questions, and called to communicate in person when necessary. He stayed in touch with us throughout our travels to ensure things were going smoothly and even facilitated a few additional reservations for us once we had arrived. 

Additionally, he contacted us immediately by phone and email when he learned we had to cancel a day trip due to a passenger not feeling well, ensuring we didn't need any assistance. We had a great overall trip, during which we saw and learned a lot. The service providers Alejandro partnered with for on-the-ground tours, etc, were all very good. They communicated effectively with us, were flexible when needed, and always punctual.

The representatives were very helpful and responsive. We really had no idea how to set up the trip to southern Argentina and their help was very valuable. There were a few very small issues along the way, but the people were very helpful in resolving them, which was great.

The travel agency, along with Silvia and her team, did an outstanding job curating our wonderful adventure in South America. The activities/excursions were perfect for us and met our criteria for food, culture, and wine. We could easily contact them during our trip with any questions or issues we had, which were minimal. We had wonderful drivers and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend using this travel company as your travel designer for South America.

Sebastian and Nicholas were absolutely great. They met with us many times before the trip began to make sure we were able to do and see everything we wanted. Then they arranged for spectacular hotels , private friendly, knowledgeable guides and made informed suggestions. They arranged all air and ground travel accommodating our physical limitations. Once in county they contacted us several times a day to see if they could assist in making our trip the best it could be. The guides they selected were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions including historical, geological and landscape issues. All of the guides knew how to get us to the spots everyone wants to visit , like the falls , the glaciers , the art and tango venues but at times and locations out of the main stream tourists. For example. The guide they selected to show us the falls was a former park ranger. He knew the times all the “group tours” would go on the standard trails so we went on them in reverse seeing the exact sites but without the crowds. The hunting lodge they chose in Córdoba was 5star ! Great food , very comfortable rooms , great wine and unbelievable hunting. My wife doesn’t hunt so they arranged a private gaucho tour  for her along with a visit to a local art display and 5 star restaurant. The lady selected to guide us around Buenos Aires showed us the whole city and the delta area explaining the historical , political , and cultural issues. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say we had an enjoyable vacation 

This tour company did an excellent job of understanding our needs and helping us every step of the way, from initial contact and throughout our trip.  They chose excellent drivers and guides, and continually checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly.  When   we missed a connection because of a delayed flight they advised suppliers and rescheduled drivers and guides.  Special commendation to our agent who gave us months of personal attention and made it possible for us to get a taste of several regions during a short two week vacation and the travel specialist who met with us and acted as our  hostess for the trip.  I highly recommend both the trip planner and Zicasso for putting us in contact with them.  Shirley S.
