The travel was well designed by Zicasso's tour company, according to our request. The itinerary was fine. The hotels were well chosen. They gave us good advice to enjoy the trip. The communication via email was very smooth. The travel was perfect.

Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.
The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. We had an excellent trip to Chile. All the transfers and guides were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The trip was exactly as described, with no bad surprises! The accommodations were clean and well-located. The Zicasso company representatives stayed in touch with us before and during the trip, but we didn't need any assistance. Zicasso's travel specialist helped by booking and planning every aspect of our trip (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, etc), all based on my wishes, along with his suggestions. He also ensured we had time to relax between activities (so often, an agent books so many activities you don't get a chance to stop and sit, but we had a few hours each day to do so). From meeting us upon arrival to the constant communication during the trip, he made sure everything ran smoothly. We had to adjust a tour due to weather, but he was on top of it, ensuring we had other options for that day.

This tour company did an excellent job of understanding our needs and helping us every step of the way, from initial contact and throughout our trip.  They chose excellent drivers and guides, and continually checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly.  When   we missed a connection because of a delayed flight they advised suppliers and rescheduled drivers and guides.  Special commendation to our agent who gave us months of personal attention and made it possible for us to get a taste of several regions during a short two week vacation and the travel specialist who met with us and acted as our  hostess for the trip.  I highly recommend both the trip planner and Zicasso for putting us in contact with them.  Shirley S.
