The travel was well designed by Zicasso's tour company, according to our request. The itinerary was fine. The hotels were well chosen. They gave us good advice to enjoy the trip. The communication via email was very smooth. The travel was perfect.

Zicasso's travel specialist helped by booking and planning every aspect of our trip (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, etc), all based on my wishes, along with his suggestions. He also ensured we had time to relax between activities (so often, an agent books so many activities you don't get a chance to stop and sit, but we had a few hours each day to do so). From meeting us upon arrival to the constant communication during the trip, he made sure everything ran smoothly. We had to adjust a tour due to weather, but he was on top of it, ensuring we had other options for that day.

We are basking in the memory of a simply amazing trip to Argentina with Zicasso... it was awesome. The responsiveness of our specialist and guides, and the attentiveness of service overall, was very noticeable throughout. In particular, there was a storm that hit in the days prior to our arrival in Bariloche (Argentine Patagonia Lake District) which impacted boat schedules, and behind the scenes, without us knowing, we were rebooked and rescheduled for various activities in a seamless fashion to ensure we got the hiking and other experiences we were hoping for. The Zicasso travel agent and his team of experts worked with me to craft a memorable trip throughout continental Chile and Easter Island. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that all the details – local guides, accommodations, entry tickets, domestic flights, etc – were handled. Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.
The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. Thank you!
