Zicasso’s travel advisor was very receptive to our needs for schedule changes and shifts. Every aspect of the trip went very well and as planned. Our guide was amazing and did such a great job of keeping us safe, including shifting some things around when we had an emergency. The agency also took care of the emergency really well, putting us at ease.

The only reason I gave four stars (I would have given 4.5) is that our contact person in Chile was out of the office for most of our trip and we were given an emergency number. We did have to call the emergency number and the response was great, but it was a bit frustrating that we were given a contact who was out of the office for pretty much the whole trip and we didn't quite have a face to this person or a relationship with them. Of course, everything was taken care of, so no issues.

We selected our Zicasso travel specialists because they designed the best itinerary and seemed to well understand our needs. Their accommodation choices were good value and generally in the best locations. They handled the difficult logistics of our trip quite well, but at times were negligent in informing us promptly of changes to the program and flights. We had more interaction with them during the trip than we normally have and they always responded quickly and effectively. We were very pleased with the guides and drivers they hired and our program was busy and diversified, as we wanted it. Overall, we had a great trip and recommend them.

Our experience working with the Zicasso travel agency was wonderful on many fronts! The owner worked with us from the onset of planning and was patient and thorough in answering our questions and asking about our desires when visiting Peru. His initial proposal was detailed and covered the areas we wanted to see. When we asked for a change, he accommodated our wishes. After the trip was planned and the deposit sent, He stayed in touch with us and answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. While we were in the country, he was extremely helpful with a passport problem and we were all thankful for his experience and communication. Our agent and all who work for him were true professionals and we were certainly well taken care of!

All of the employees and guides we had on the trip were the best! We especially appreciated our guides, one of whom was from Cusco, and our driver, who kept us safe in traffic. Our Cusco guide was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us so much information about all the sights we went to. He was kind, funny, and very accommodating! The other guide was helpful and we appreciated his calm nature. In Lima, we also had an excellent guide.

Our travel company was such a superb group to work with and we would recommend them to anyone wishing to travel to Peru!

We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.

Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.

We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.

Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.

Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.

The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. This is my second time using Zicasso to arrange a trip to South America and once again, it was an amazing experience.
