I was very pleased with the entire planning of the trip. The communication with Zicasso's tour company was excellent. The meals that were pre-arranged by them were fantastic and we probably would not have found them on our own.

The entire nine days of travel from Slovenia to Montenegro were seamless as far as being picked up at the arrival airport and departure as planned. Transportaion was on schedule, which was important to me in a foreign country and eliminated any stress. Each private guide and/or driver throughout our trip was courteous and spoke English, which avoided any misunderstanding about all the wonderful sites we saw.

The trip Zicasso's travel specialist helped us plan was fantastic. He helped us edit the initial itinerary multiple times, until it was exactly what we were looking for! Everything was well organized, the hotels were great, and the recommended activities were wonderful. If/when planning another trip to the area, we will hopefully be able to use them again.

This was our first time working with this Zicasso travel agent and we now won't work with anyone else. From helping us develop the perfect itinerary for our interests (low-key, not too busy, focused on nature) and choosing the most incredible hotels for our budget, he went above and beyond, especially when things did not go as planned.
