Our trip was great, and we have no complaints about the travel company, which was very supportive and responsive to any requests and last-minute changes of plans. 

We normally like to explore off-the-beaten paths when we travel, but instead, we felt like we were following more of the touristy crowd.

 As a young couple who enjoy adventure, we would have appreciated the guide helping us explore places that are more for locals.

 We noticed that the travel company was not too familiar with the hotels we stayed in and we think it might be important for the agents to see the locations in person to provide better guidance.

The trip was fun and exciting and went very well. The guides chosen were very knowledgeable and attentive, and logistics good. Suzie and the team were all very attentive.

Dharsana from the travel agency provided exceptional service from the beginning of the planning stages all the way through to after our vacation. Everything was planned out, down to the smallest detail- I don't think I have ever had a vacation so well planned! We are two busy working professionals and didn't have the luxury of time to explore this wonderful country. The pacing, locations, accomodation, excursions, guides- everything was top notch and above our expectations. And the planning did not end before the vacation- every day we had updates on what the plan was for the next day along with our drivers/guides/tour names and contact numbers. He checked in on us regularly to see how everything was going and went out of his way to add some special details and touches throughout the trip. I can not say enough good things about Dharsana and the travel agency. 

This was an excellent company to work with. We would recommend it to all. However, I want to preface this review by stating that this trip was planned back in January 2020, prior to the challenges posed by the global health situation, and that this trip was postponed three consecutive times, extending over three years. Our original travel planner left the company and a new one was assigned to carry this trip to completion. She did a great job. 

The goal of our trip was based on cultural aspects and engaging with the people of the countries we visited. Despite the setbacks, this was a good trip. Of course, there were several instances beyond everyone’s control that caused it to be less than stellar. Weather conditions and pollution were significant issues. We didn't see the sun for 30+ days. Additionally, changes due to the global health situation impacted the trip significantly. 

However, the explanation of events and the proposed itinerary were far more glorious. It wasn't bad, but it was different. However, all in all, it was a great trip nonetheless. Yes, we would recommend it to all.

Our trip to Thailand was terrific. Although we had previously traveled to other foreign destinations, we had no experience with Thailand. Our travel specialist created an excellent itinerary for us that provided a good introduction to the country. We spent time in the northern, middle and southern regions of Thailand which gave us a good overall exposure to the country and its culture. We visited both urban and rural regions and visited several major attractions.

Everything worked efficiently. Our travel specialist handled all the arrangements including airline bookings, hotel reservations, special excursions, and private guides. She also provided a lot of information pertaining to travel planning, packing lists, currency exchange, and cultural awareness. At each new location, we were met by personable guides and drivers.

hotel accommodations were high-end, and included wonderful breakfasts. The hotels were typically located in areas that provided convenience and exposure to the local culture.

While planning the trip, our travel specialist was quite sensitive to our interests. We wanted to get a good sense of the Thai culture and history, and to use our limited time efficiently. She delivered quite well in that capacity. During our time in Thailand, we were able to connect to our travel specialist’s local travel partners. This provided us a good sense of assurance and comfort while in country (although we had no problems).

In summary, our Thailand experience was exquisite, and we are grateful to our travel specialist for her efforts.

From start to finish, the entire process of working with the travel company was exceptional. Many thanks to Vy, who responded quickly to emails despite the time difference and worked with me and my family for several last-minute changes to our original plans. Guides in both countries were friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. Accommodations were lovely and in great locations. 

It was particularly helpful that the travel agency has offices in these countries, as there was always a contact available to support. I received WhatsApp messages immediately upon arrival in Bali and a guide to navigate through the airport, which was invaluable. We would definitely recommend the travel company to anyone traveling to this area of Asia.
