Everything was very well arranged by Zicasso's travel specialists. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. The tour guides were always on time. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs were very helpful. The hotels where we stayed were amazing. It was a great experience!

Our trip to a Bali was simply amazing and it could not have been better. I contacted three agencies about Bali a few years ago, but we didn’t end up going at that time. Our trip to Japan was wonderful! We particularly liked certain unique events, like the tea ceremony, cooking class, and Ghibli museum access. Having a dedicated driver and guide made getting around and personalizing the trip possible.
