We loved our trip. Zicasso's travel specialist did an awesome job of listening to what we wanted ahead of time and tailoring the itinerary to that.
We had one very minor issue where a tour was running late to pick us up and we were able to get in touch with him easily to make sure we were still on track, which he confirmed as they arrived. We'll reach out to them for sure when it's time to go back.

Every single detail was planned flawlessly, from airport transfers to multiple excursions. Every vendor was waiting for us at the scheduled time, exactly where we were told to meet them. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this Zicasso travel agency.

We were well taken care of at every turn, starting with being met at the gate and escorted through customs. We had private tours for every activity, with excellent guides and drivers. Our hotels were all lovely and special. Our agent surprised us with special extras several times. I would highly recommend this tour company.
