Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.

The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. My trip to Santiago, Chile, the Atacama Desert, and Patagonia was everything we wished for. Zicasso’s tour operators mapped out a wonderful itinerary, with tours that were interesting and scenic. All of our guides were informative and so friendly. The team from the travel company checked in on us during our vacation. If we had a question, they responded right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better company. All the accommodations were top-notch and the hotel staff were very helpful with any questions.

Chile is a beautiful country with picturesque beauty all around. Our favorites were Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales. The tour to Torres del Paine National Park was breathtaking and our trip to the glaciers was beautiful. We met so many nice people on our adventures and brought home memories that will last a lifetime. We recommended our travel company if you ever want to visit the beautiful country of Chile.

Having our travel coordinated, such that we didn't have to worry about navigating train schedules (and delays), as well as planning for flights and transportation, was great! Since neither of us speak Spanish, there were times when it would have been quite challenging and stressful without our guides.

Our Zicasso agent was very responsive to my requests about our itinerary in Chile. He did a great job of choosing hotels, flights, and the daily activities. Our guide/driver in the lake region around Lake Llanquihue was knowledgeable and friendly, while being professional. When he drove us back to Puerto Montt to rent our car, he stayed and helped us through the whole process, including leading us to the right route to drive to Chiloé Island. We couldn't be more pleased with the services.

We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.

Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.

We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.

Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.
