We had a very enjoyable and relaxing trip. We learned much about the history of the Czech Republic and Austria- in particular, the pre-history and the recent history (18th century to present). Also, it was interesting to experience the residual effects of the communist regime in Prague and the contrasting cultures of Prague, Salzburg, and Vienna.

Hotel accommodations were spacious and well-located. The hotel in Prague, while clean and spacious was not what we would classify as a 5* hotel, on par with the hotel in Salzburg or Vienna. The use of vouchers was problematic. With the exception of the hotel in Prague, the others seemed surprised when we presented them with vouchers. It was not clear to staff at the front desk that we had pre-paid, resulting in numerous back-and-forth discussions. The Hallstatt Museum would not accept our voucher so we had to pay to enter.

It was relaxing having a driver for day trips out of Prague and for transfers between Prague, Salzburg, and Vienna. Having the same guide/driver for 6 days in the Czech Republic was enjoyable and most informative.

Because of time constraints, we were not able to visit several of the places on our itinerary: the Mucha Museum, the National Museum in Prague, the Royal Mint in Kutna Hora, or the State Castle in Cesky Krumlov. We just drove past the village of Durnstein. Perhaps better planning would have helped here. We were surprised that one of our 3 days in Vienna was a National holiday-stores closed. The tour at the Johann W winery informed us about modern wine-making techniques but the wine pairing was not up to our or our guide's expectations.

Having never been to Croatia before, as a solo traveler Zicasso gave me the confidence to go and helped me to plan my trip. My agent from the travel company knew specifically where I would like to be and how to get there.

We were a group of 10. Our point person was Andrea. Our trip went smoothly, with absolutely no hiccups. Even when the weather forced us to change the logistics one day, she had options available and could still get us where we needed to be comfortably.

All the people we dealt with were top-notch. The drivers were fantastic and helpful, and so knowledgeable as well. All our tour guides were great and spoke good English. The hotels were all very good. I especially liked the one in Split. The hotel in Dubrovnik was beautiful and in the best location for our last free day.

I would, without hesitation, recommend this travel agency and Andrea.

We traveled with this travel company in 2019 and had an extraordinary trip. Everything about it was excellent. This trip was fine, but not excellent. We were already in Europe before the detailed itinerary was available to us. We had to shorten our trip from the initial proposal. In shortening the trip, we inadvertently left out one of the primary reasons for the trip - a visit to the Dolomites.

It would have been helpful if our travel agency had made us aware that the choice of going to Merano instead of Brixen would rule out a visit to the Dolomites, since it is just too far away. This trip just felt like it was put together rather last minute, despite us reaching out months and months in advance for a proposal.

While we had first class tickets from our starting point in Innsbruck, our travel company did not/was unable to reserve seats, so we stood in an overcrowded train hallway for two hours to Bolzano. The train was oversold. Not a great start to the trip.

We also would have appreciated more details about excursions-such as how long they would last. Or that there was a 1.5 hour break between the visit to Doge's palace and the tour of St Mark's basilica.

A few of the guides/tours were excellent. Several were just ok and we would not recommend them to other travelers. The guide in Merano was ok, not great.

The Alpaca/Llama hike listed as taking place in an alpine meadow, actually involved walking the animals on a rope down sidewalks, through town, ending at a picnic table. Our guide was very personable, but this was not the special relaxing outing we imagined.

The guide in Venice used our 4 hours there to show us two churches, kept checking her watch and took us to cicchetti in a rather dirty, unused outside restaurant. Would not recommend it again.

Murano was ok, interesting to see how the glass is blown, but then turns into a selling event. Burano had one woman making lace, but that and just wandering around was the extent of our tour.

The travel company planned a fabulous trip for us to Croatia. From Zagreb to Slovenia to Split to Hvar and Dubrovnik, we couldn't have asked for more. 

The hotels were very nice and we could not have asked for better guides and drivers. Our travel agents were very responsive in planning the trip, as well as accommodating while we were on the trip. The follow-through and attention to detail were wonderful.

Would highly recommend this travel company to anyone wanting to travel with ease in Croatia.

We recently took a trip through our travel agency to Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Vienna, and Budapest. We are a family of three (myself, my husband, and our teenage daughter). It was fantastic. Viktor was a pleasure to work with. We had a couple of conversations so he could get a sense of what we were looking for and put together a wonderful itinerary. We decided primarily on full-day "overview" tours and added a few half-day tours of specific areas. 

The tour guides and drivers were all wonderful, with a special shout out to two of our guides, one who truly excelled and one who surprised my daughter on her birthday with flowers and candy. All of the details were taken care of and the hotels were outstanding. 

When our flight was canceled and rescheduled at the last minute, Viktor quickly changed our pick-up times and took care of everything. I highly recommend planning a trip with Viktor and this travel agency. You will get the trip you desire without worrying about the details.
