I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June. They were there every step of the way and left no stone unturned regarding coordination, communication, and execution. From the beginning, their team asked thoughtful and in-depth questions to really learn about the things we would like to do, while giving their honest opinion on any idea we had. All of their third-party travel partners, who assisted us along the way in each location, were also amazing. We really appreciated the responsiveness to the inevitable glitches that occur with multi-city travel. We always had a phone number to call and got a timely and helpful response.

The hotels were well chosen. The outstanding property was in Aix-en-Provence. The most disappointing was the hotel in Nice. The location was great, but the room was beyond small and the balcony didn’t compensate for the claustrophobic feel.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip seeing beautiful Croatia and Slovenia, with day trips to Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The trip was well laid out for city tours, learning about the history of each region and former Yugoslavia, while eating delicious food and taking in beautiful sites.

The only reason I did not give five stars was because our tour of Mostar seemed very short and rushed. It did not even last an hour. Also, we were not fully happy with our hotel in Slovenia.

Our trip was absolutely wonderful. From the time I contacted Zicasso to the last day of our trip, everything was wonderful. Our tour company and agents were very responsive and accommodated my every request. Our agent was very patient with me and put together a wonderful itinerary!

Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. He went over and above in showing us around and taking care of all our needs. Even when we changed up our plans at the last minute, it did not faze him at all and he made sure our requests were taken care of.

The trip was a very memorable experience for our entire group. The Zicasso tour company provided an excellent variety of experiences and tour options. We provided an outline and what our expectations were for the trip and the company not only met, but exceeded our expectations.

Our private driver and guide was available at all times, always on time, and engaging and knowledgeable about all our destinations. There was also a time when we ventured out on our own and were rescued from a rainstorm when we were faced with walking to our hotel in the rain without proper gear. Our driver was a pleasure to have as our host and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. We were sad to say goodbye at the end of the trip.

I went into this trip knowing it was going to be a difficult emotional experience and it was truly that. It was also physically difficult with a ton of walking. Still waiting for the company to assist us with documentation necessary for travel insurance claims due to last minute flight cancellation going resulting in missed tours and rebooking as well as flight cancellations returning necessitating a hotel overnight stay in NY since we had a direct flight originally.

My husband and I took a trip to Germany and Salzburg, Austria. I was looking for a company that would make a custom tour happen at a relatively reasonable price. Zicasso’s company was able to provide exactly what we wanted. We focused on the Black Forest and Bavaria. We had six locations and the transitions between them went smoothly. The hotels that were booked for us were very good and different from each other. All the hotels were in convenient locations to the areas we wanted to explore.

Our agent booked private tours for us within the various regions, with wonderful tour guides. We had enough time to do some sightseeing on our own.

Overall, we had a fantastic time. Many thanks for all the work that went into planning.
