The travel planner made trip planning easy and efficient. She was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Egypt history and contemporary events both made our time both educational and enjoyable. 

Overall outstanding experience with this company from start to finish.  The agent I dealt with listened to what we wanted our safari experience to be and designed our trip accordingly.  There were no surprises and everything was exactly what we expected.  The preparatory material and phone calls with the agent answered every question we had.  I would highly recommend this company.

My trip was definitely a bucket list item!  While looking to book a trip to Tanzania I would find many 'canned' trips where you had to take it or leave it.  While some of the canned trips sounded exciting I was less than excited about other parts of their trips.  I found this safari travel company through Zicasso and they were able to customize a trip to meet my goals! 

This travel team made my trip truly memorable and I felt very safe and very welcome at all times ! 

Wonderful experience. A trip that we always will reside in our memories. We learned that Kenya is said to be the Garden of God! Beautiful and Majestic! Our travel specialists were magnificent, knowledgeable, and patient. We must have changed our minds 3 times, and we were given the time and options that were superb.  At the time of the trip, all was taken care of, professionally and on time. We were able to relax and count that people will be waiting for us, that local charter flights had been booked, that our transfers to camps were done and on time. We were so relaxed that we didn't even know the name of the next camp or the time or day that we will transfer as we will be notified and it will just happen! I don't write reviews, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this travel company for the trip of your lifetime.

In June 2018, I submitted a request through Zicasso to plan a trip to Kenya and Tanzania for my birthday in September 2019. I was matched with my trip planner of this travel team. Not having travelled to either of these countries in Africa before, I fully depended on the planner to guide me through the planning process, select tourist destinations and make lodging recommendations during the busy migration season. As travel dates, participants and preferences changed throughout the 18 months of planning, my trip planner was very flexible, helpful and timely in adjusting our arrangements to meet our wants and needs. After the final payments were made, we received our final itineraries and didn't expect to hear from the planner again during our travels. However, my planner met us in Nairobi upon our arrival and at the airport during each part of our trip during the 10 days. He constantly checked in to make sure our expectations were met and and exceeded. At the end of our vacation, we were very sad to say our goodbyes to him and our great driver as we departed back to the United States. I can't say enough good things about my trip planner and this travel team! All of our accommodations and meals at the hotel in Nairobi, Giraffe Manor of The Safari Collection, Entim Mara Camp and the Resort in Zanzibar surpassed all of our expectations. All of the drivers and guides were always on time, accommodating and friendly. Despite being the busy season, each of our boutique hotel experiences felt customized and secluded. Though a lot was invested, every penny spent on this trip was worth it and I'd do it all over again! It was truly the best international vacation my friends and I ever had. I highly recommend using this planner and travel team for travel tours, safaris and vacations in the future and look forward to working with him again! Asante! 

What a fantastic trip! It was so well organized and planned, we were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. It was a one-month journey to Africa, visiting Botswana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. We always felt taken care of.

The safari portion of our trip could not have been more perfect. We were able to see the animals from very near on night drives and bush walks, with very few other jeeps to disturb the environment. The private concessions are an amazing way to truly experience the animals.

We also explored Cape Town on a number of fantastic private tours. We watched the southern right whales off the coast of Hermanus, tasted some delicious wines in the Winelands, explored charming small towns, tried local cuisine, hiked Table Mountain, and so much more.
