Zicasso’s travel operator was very helpful with our itinerary planning to minimize travel time between islands, etc. Her choice of hotels was excellent in location and style. She was accessible during the planning process and made sure we had all our questions answered in a very timely manner. She helped navigate through cruise port changes and ferry strikes.

We had a great trip!

When planning it, I felt like the Zicasso travel agent listened to what I wanted. He offered options for my consideration, which was helpful, but took my lead, and I think we ended up with a good trip.

Once we got to Greece, there were a few hiccups, but our agent was responsive and it was easy to get in touch with him.

The guide we had in Athens deviated from the itinerary both days we were there (without explanation) and I feel we might have missed a couple of things. Mykonos and Santorini went much more smoothly. The guide we had for the tour of Santorini was fabulous; he communicated what we were going to do and was very informative throughout the tour.

Fantastic tour beautifully customized by Danai from our travel agency. We visited two smaller islands off the beaten path in Greece and had wonderful boat trips, tours, and culinary adventures. Danai was available 24/7, day or night, to help with any issues that came up. But they were few and far between, because everything was so well-organized and thoughtfully executed. It was a dream vacation.

We have just returned from a fabulous 10-day trip to Greece. Zicasso recommended two tour operators based on what we wanted to do and see. After a brief call from the owner, we entrusted his company to plan our trip.

The hotels, excursions, transportation with porterage, and airport assistance were seamlessly taken care of. We had local contacts in each area we visited confirming our pick-up times, names of drivers, etc, through WhatsApp. The vehicles were high end and clean. The drivers and tour guides were professional and spoke English.

We will use this company to plan our next trip!

Myself and the girls in my family just got home from our wonderful trip to Greece, designed by Zicasso’s tour company! We truly had such a magnificent time and this was mostly because of all the work our travel company did to set up all our transportation, travel plans, tours, and hotel stays! They worked with me the whole way through and answered every question we had for months leading up to our trip. They also provided great communication while we were in Greece.

We could not have been happier with the tour guides, tours, and experiences we were able to participate in – the tour guides in Athens and Naxos, the crew on our Santorini catamaran tour, and the tour guide and family in Chania, where we had a cooking and eating experience in the most beautiful setting!

I cannot recommend working with the Zicasso travel agency enough. We had an absolutely epic 12-day vacation that was completely organized by our agent. Not only that, she supported us through two Covid diagnoses mid-trip and changes in plans for two of our party!

Our visit was not only cohesive, but it was put together in such a way that we were able to build on our knowledge and experiences with each stop. We had absolutely fabulous guides for almost all of our excursions and the difference that made was well worth the money! I cannot imagine our experience without having their wonderful guidance and knowledge, from the Parthenon to Delphi to Naxos to Crete. Our agent listened to our group's interests and wants, and made them happen!
