Anne Marie and the team at the travel agency were a joy to work with. They were warm, and knowledgeable, and designed a unique itinerary that matched and in many cases exceeded our expectations for the trip. We found the team extremely organized and communicative, which meant we felt well-supported when unexpected circumstances popped up.
Our itinerary included a couple of guided experiences and the team is careful in selecting guides. The guides had nothing but praise about collaborating with Anne Marie and her team. Two standouts included our driver/guide and our Boroughs Market Guide – they were an absolute delight!

This travel company was good, but I wish I had vetted another agency to really know which was the best and offered the best deal.
Robert, the owner of this travel company, was certainly very personable and knowledgeable about Italy and arranged our visits to Barcelona, Spain, Venice, Florence, Rome, and Positano, back to Barcelona and home. We wanted to see the sites, but we were sometimes on two tours a day, which was a lot, but we realized that decision was ours.
All the hotels were good and close to where we needed to be. The best hotel was the one in Barcelona. The hotel, its location, and staff were excellent, and I would highly recommend it to others visiting Barcelona.

This travel company provided an unmatched experience for our 3 city tour of Ireland. The travel app was loaded with all of our itineraries, documents, transfer info, and anything else we needed. The personalized recommendations for each day were a great help. The travel partners are so responsive throughout the tour planning and really personalize the experience. They are always available before and throughout the trip for any questions or concerns. We will definitely use our travel agency again for our next overseas trip.

We enjoyed our trip immensely and felt the itinerary was fascinating. Two of our guides, who took us to D-Day beaches and Rouen, were top-notch! However, our guide for St. Michel and Honfleur and Etretat was very, very disappointing. The drivers were excellent and very prompt. Our contact person at the travel agency was very pleasant and easy to deal with before the trip.

Our trip to Ireland was absolutely amazing. Paula worked with us to plan the perfect tours and the hotels she selected for us were absolutely incredible. It seemed like each was better than the last.
Paula planned a combination of private and public tours, which was perfect and worked well with our budget. All of our drivers were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the places we visited.
All of her planning made our trip just perfect. Thank you, Paula, for planning our vacation of a lifetime.

The trip was wonderful and the support from the travel agency was unstinting. From the first day, they were quickly responsive and continually exceeded our expectations. We had no hiccups along the way, so we didn't need to call on them during the trip, but I am confident they would have sorted any issue that arose.
Their reputation was reinforced by our guide in Bath, who said they were a great company to work with and emphasized that anybody who "picked up the phone" would provide the high level of service we'd experienced.

Julie at this travel company helped us to plan a wonderful vacation to Ireland and Scotland. She responded quickly in the initial planning process and to any concerns we had during the trip. All of the hotel choices were in perfect locations. The majority were comfortable, sometimes superb, and suited our needs. Julie chose an itinerary which matched our desires. We would happily recommend our travel agency to anyone planning a trip to Ireland and Scotland.

We traveled with this travel company in 2019 and had an extraordinary trip. Everything about it was excellent. This trip was fine, but not excellent. We were already in Europe before the detailed itinerary was available to us. We had to shorten our trip from the initial proposal. In shortening the trip, we inadvertently left out one of the primary reasons for the trip - a visit to the Dolomites.
It would have been helpful if our travel agency had made us aware that the choice of going to Merano instead of Brixen would rule out a visit to the Dolomites, since it is just too far away. This trip just felt like it was put together rather last minute, despite us reaching out months and months in advance for a proposal.
While we had first class tickets from our starting point in Innsbruck, our travel company did not/was unable to reserve seats, so we stood in an overcrowded train hallway for two hours to Bolzano. The train was oversold. Not a great start to the trip.
We also would have appreciated more details about excursions-such as how long they would last. Or that there was a 1.5 hour break between the visit to Doge's palace and the tour of St Mark's basilica.
A few of the guides/tours were excellent. Several were just ok and we would not recommend them to other travelers. The guide in Merano was ok, not great.
The Alpaca/Llama hike listed as taking place in an alpine meadow, actually involved walking the animals on a rope down sidewalks, through town, ending at a picnic table. Our guide was very personable, but this was not the special relaxing outing we imagined.
The guide in Venice used our 4 hours there to show us two churches, kept checking her watch and took us to cicchetti in a rather dirty, unused outside restaurant. Would not recommend it again.
Murano was ok, interesting to see how the glass is blown, but then turns into a selling event. Burano had one woman making lace, but that and just wandering around was the extent of our tour.
