Our trip was fantastic. Zicasso's travel specialist and the team at her company met with us and mapped out a travel plan that met our family's desires and helped us craft a trip for us and our two children (ages 13 and six).

They were receptive to our needs and wants in the planning process, as well as quick and responsive when changes needed to be made mid-trip. The hotels and accommodations booked were top-notch. The activities were easy and seamless with ticketing and updating of our road-book for each day.

Zicasso's travel company did a great job planning our trip to the Amalfi Coast and Switzerland. Our agent was very attentive to our requests and suggested other activities we might enjoy. The arrangements went seamlessly, including transportation, private guides, and scheduled tours. We would recommend our agent any time.

This was the first part of a trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It included our children and grandchildren aged 15, 14, and 10; nine of us in total for eight days all over Ireland in an 11-person van. It was memorable beyond words. It was planned terrifically by Zicasso's travel company, with one exception, and our driver/guide was exceptional. We appreciated his knowledge, humor, and flexibility.
The tours and activities were excellent. We especially liked the Jeanie Johnston famine ship tour, the EPIC museum, the Book of Kells, the sheep dog tour, feeding a baby lamb, the falcon demonstration, and the many historic sites we saw.
Our hotel in Dublin, the hotel in Cork, and most especially the hotel in County Clare were fantastic and well worth the cost. The hotel in Kerry was good as well, but unless you are determined to be in downtown Galway, do not go to the one near Eyre Square. We should have planned to stay an extra day at the hotel/castle and drive into Galway. That was the only planning mistake. There is no way that hotel deserves a four-star rating; two-and-a-half for me.
We are now on the second part of the trip to Northern Ireland without the family, just my husband and I, and except for the rainy day that cancelled a planned boat trip, so far so good. We also have an excellent driver/guide.

Zicasso's travel company was professional, thorough, and very attentive to my needs and interests. It was also clear the guides and drivers partnering with the agency in the UK had great respect for the travel company.

There was great planning by Zicasso's travel company, with just the right amount of activity, without exhausting us. And great accommodations.

Our trip to Paris and the South of France was amazing! We were extremely pleased with our itinerary, visiting the various museums and attractions throughout the trip.
It was unfortunate that France was experiencing a heatwave, but of course, one never knows what Mother Nature has in store for us. We walked the cobblestone streets, keeping well hydrated and managing as best we could. It was a challenge when the temps reached 100 degrees F for several days, but we survived!
The hotel accommodations were lovely and the staff were very accommodating. Zicasso is an exceptional, professional travel company and we were extremely satisfied with everything.

Zicasso’s travel agent did an amazing job of putting together a trip we dreamed about! She knew exactly what to book for us, as we discussed. All the accommodations she booked fit our family perfectly.

I was very pleased with the entire planning of the trip. The communication with Zicasso's tour company was excellent. The meals that were pre-arranged by them were fantastic and we probably would not have found them on our own.
