Mary planned a terrific trip for my sister and myself. The two best parts were thanks to Mary and her choice of guides while touring Cairo and Luxor. They were so knowledgeable about the kings and Pharaohs and every temple and mausoleum, both Egyptologists to the max, and both lovely gentlemen. Her hotel choices were perfect as well.

Not on her, but I would have done our trip without the "cruise down the Nile." I really didn't enjoy that at all. A drive to Luxor from Cairo would have suited me better, and then a drive to Abu Simbel, which was not offered or mentioned, would have been a much better choice for me. But all in all, a wonderful trip!

Our travel advisor set us up with a great trip! They listened to the type of trip we wanted and provided great options.  Unfortunately, I felt as time went on, they didn't pay attention to the details as much as in the beginning. Part of our itinerary was inaccurate and when we asked for dinner reservations to be made each night, only one was made. We really loved the trip but again felt some details were missed which caught us by surprise. The people they work with/recommended in Italy were all excellent and fun to be with. 

Traveling to Italy has been on our wish list for over 10 years, and it was as amazing as we had imagined. Alex at the travel agency coordinated every detail perfectly and each guide, host, and driver was just as professional. Their communication left no reason to doubt or worry about any details; they were always one step ahead. They made it so enjoyable to learn about their country and its history.

Our hotel selections were top-notch and in perfect locations. They all included breakfast, unmatched views of the area, and great service. Thanks to everyone who made our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This travel company was good, but I wish I had vetted another agency to really know which was the best and offered the best deal.

Robert, the owner of this travel company, was certainly very personable and knowledgeable about Italy and arranged our visits to Barcelona, Spain, Venice, Florence, Rome, and Positano, back to Barcelona and home. We wanted to see the sites, but we were sometimes on two tours a day, which was a lot, but we realized that decision was ours.

All the hotels were good and close to where we needed to be. The best hotel was the one in Barcelona. The hotel, its location, and staff were excellent, and I would highly recommend it to others visiting Barcelona.

My wife and I decided to marry during COVID's lockdown. We were unable to have a honeymoon and were saving and waiting for a trip to Italy. As the world began to reopen we got far too busy to actually plan our honeymoon but we wanted it to be so special. We spoke to Eli over the phone and she really got to know us as people and what we wanted this trip to be about. She put together the absolute best trip of my life. I love to go and be with locals from wherever I am traveling and she made that happen. Each tour was a personal tour for my wife and I with a local travel guide. Whether it was hiking, boating, swimming, doing the touristy thing, we were always with someone that was from the area that could take us to the best places. 

It was the trip of a lifetime. We were extremely happy with the travel company. Veronica helped plan the trip at the last minute, by Italy's summer standards of two months in advance, and was able to seamlessly fulfill all of our requests and more. We are so glad that Veronica recommended Syracuse to us, as we had not planned to go there, and it ended up being our absolute favorite city that we plan to return to.

On the trip, we fell in love with Palermo and Syracuse, and decided we wanted a little more free time in Palermo to make up for a boat day we missed in Capri due to rain. They made it happen with no problem whatsoever.

Their responses to us 24/7 were quick and helpful; we barely had to lift a finger. We loved the team of drivers, guides, and so much more. Everyone was so knowledgeable and truly made us feel at home. They gave us local tips on where to eat and what items to try, and we absolutely loved it and the team in general.

It was an all-around five-star experience that allowed us to relax and enjoy the culture and experience without worrying about the details of planning and logistics. I do not know how we will ever travel another way.

Overall, the trip design was wonderful and we enjoyed our trip, without having to worry about logistics for our tours and day trips. Only feedback I want to share is the daily communication with the travel designer. It would be best if we could communicate easily via WhatsApp or Messenger if we had issues with a service or questions about the trip. They provided a main number to call. Which sometimes is not working, especially if we are International travellers. Giving us a mainline number does not make it feel personal. Other travel companies in other countries make us feel special by being available through WhatsApp and Messenger. We paid for the services, and it is quite expensive, but we expect more care from the team.

We visited Italy in early July and it was the trip of a lifetime. We wanted to see as much as we could in two weeks and Michela planned a fantastic adventure for our family. We had so many fun excursions: private guided tours in Venice, Florence, and Rome; a truffle hunt and wine tasting in Tuscany; and a boat tour and pizza cooking course on the Amalfi Coast. Our accommodations were lovely, ranging from boutique hotels to former palazzos and a rustic farmhouse.

Michela also arranged train tickets and private transfers, which made transit less stressful. One thing that was the most helpful was the travel itinerary Michela provided. It had an overall summary of our trip, a daily schedule on each page, and detailed notes about logistics. Michela also went above and beyond when we encountered some confusion during our trip.

When we missed our connecting flight to Italy, she helped look for other flights. When an excursion was canceled due to the weather, she tried to find us an alternative and started processing a refund right away. When there was a taxi strike in Rome, she advised us about different options to get to the train station. A lot of agents probably would not have answered their phones, but Michela was there for us and genuinely tried to help. She was always prompt and professional, and we would highly recommend her.
