We have been fortunate to have traveled throughout the world and have used agencies (including Zicasso) to help plan and assist us along the way. We can say, without hesitation, that the agent at Zicasso’s travel company is by far the best agent we have worked with. What is special about her is that she listens. Every aspect of our 18-day trip to Sicily, Matera, and Puglia was discussed in detail over the course of several weeks, until the itinerary was exactly what we wanted.

Once we were in Italy, she and her team were always available by phone to help with any problems that arose. The guides she hired were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For instance, on an excursion to an archeological site, our guide was not only an archaeologist, but had actually participated in a dig at that site. We couldn't have asked for more.

Our travel advisor set us up with a great trip! They listened to the type of trip we wanted and provided great options.  Unfortunately, I felt as time went on, they didn't pay attention to the details as much as in the beginning. Part of our itinerary was inaccurate and when we asked for dinner reservations to be made each night, only one was made. We really loved the trip but again felt some details were missed which caught us by surprise. The people they work with/recommended in Italy were all excellent and fun to be with. 

We had a phenomenal experience with Zicasso’s tour company. We received excellent service. We had a direct contact in Europe who provided help and details regarding tickets and our ride and pick-up info.

What a truly magical honeymoon! After so much time spent planning our wedding, it was so wonderful working with our Zicasso travel agent and her crew to put together the perfect itinerary for us to visit Italy. Her attention to detail and quick communication made the trip completely stress-free and perfect in every way. We had the perfect balance of planned activities and free time, and everyone we worked with was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. When we had questions while there, responses were quick and helpful. We had an amazing time and would 100% work with our agent if we were to do it again!

I put together a challenging itinerary for Zicasso’s company. Both travel agencies they partnered us with gave great responses and met most of our requests, but our travel company was awarded the trip due to better pricing.

The trip and the cities we always wanted to visit exceeded our expectations. Our agents were very accommodating regarding changes/special requests and last-minute questions. They were 100% on top of things!! That was very comforting as we had never arranged a trip as complicated as this.

Our family's Italian adventure couldn't have happened without the help, guidance, and nurturance from the Zicasso travel agent. She was fabulous to work with and provided information and guidance from the very first moment we chatted by telephone and through multiple emails and correspondence regarding the planning and preparation, and during our travels.

I shared with her what I hoped to achieve with this trip of a lifetime; sharing ideas of how we could make this an immersive experience for my family. We planned activities that included private tours in Florence (every guide was so knowledgeable and took great pride in sharing their history and love for the area or what they shared. It was such an honor to spend time with each of them), an e-bike ride in Tuscany with a farmhouse luncheon, and a trip to Pompeii and Ischia. She helped with all the drivers, transfers, ferries, and trains that we couldn't possibly have navigated on our own!

We explored the Path of the Gods, a boat ride to Capri, a private tour of Matera and Alberobello, and a cooking class just for our family in Lecce!

We stayed in amazing hotels, including one in Florence that included a fresco on our ceiling and a castle in Lecce that was established in 1914. In Sorrento, we were spoiled with lovely accommodations and a breakfast brunch that was five-star! We couldn't have planned any of this on our own.

Our agent placed us in hotels in centrally located spots so we could navigate the cities and towns in our free time. She provided resources for activities and restaurants and was in touch with us during the trip to provide guidance, names, and contact information of our drivers.

I recommend her and have already recommended her to my friends and contacts on Facebook.

I fell in love with Italy, felt more Italian, and created a sense of family everywhere we went. I am thankful to our agent. I hope to plan my next adventures through her time and time again. So much love and gratitude!

I hope to go back and spend more time and explore places we couldn't get to on this trip.

Planning was super-easy and accommodating of our interests and budget. We considered multiple options and considered a larger group, and our Zicasso travel company was fantastic in finding the best options for our group. We went back a few times, looking for different options based upon our interests, and they were so patient and accommodating. Ultimately, we had the perfect trip. They listened to what we wanted, made sure our priorities were met, and set us up with amazing accommodations and travel plans.

Zicasso and our travel company made our bucket-list dream vacation to Northern Italy with our friends come true! From the beginning, Zicasso sent us two very different itineraries and quotes from the travel agents they work with. My friends and I also received quotes from four to six other travel agent companies and it quickly became clear that ours (through Zicasso) was quoting us the itinerary we asked for, with the best and most activities and meals included and for the best price!

Not only did we receive incredible and responsive service (almost always overnight replies) from one agent, then another, throughout the planning process, but we were also in contact with them daily during our trip! This proved to be incredibly helpful when one of our pieces of luggage was left behind at a hotel and the agent took care of getting it back to us!! All eight of us had the time of our lives as we followed an itinerary that was customized just for us.

We were able to stay in beautiful hotels and have incredible experiences that we would not have been able to schedule on our own. All of us were extremely impressed with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Zicasso and their travel company to anyone. Do yourselves a favor and book with them!!
