We had the good fortune to be introduced to Zicasso's travel consultant in 2024. She planned for us a perfect trip through Amalfi and Sicily. We were so impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and communication that we did not hesitate to seek her out for Naples and Apulia in June 2025. Her guides (who were always special) and drivers are dedicated to her.
Last year, I recall saying you should stay away from Google, tell her your vision, and let her do the rest. She will present every option. We did want to fine-tune a few small preferences this time, but overall, I would give the same advice. We find her to be exceptional and have told her so.

This was our first time working with this Zicasso travel agent and we now won't work with anyone else. From helping us develop the perfect itinerary for our interests (low-key, not too busy, focused on nature) and choosing the most incredible hotels for our budget, he went above and beyond, especially when things did not go as planned. Our international flight got canceled at the transfer airport and he worked with us minute by minute to get us to an alternative city and to where we needed to be. I know for certain that we would not have made it to our vacation had he not been able to share his knowledge as the airlines did not help us at all!
After that, and as we wanted a no-worries trip on which we did not have to look at the itinerary, he provided us daily debriefs about what the next day held in store and made sure we had all the information we needed.
His company helps plan trips in Europe, and we wish he also helped with trips to other countries and US cities, as we would use him all the time.
