The trip was absolutely incredible. Everything went very smoothly and was well thought out and planned. I could not give the Zicasso travel company a higher recommendation.

The travel agency did a great job planning our trip, and were very receptive to feedback.  Due to weather there were a few changes that had to happen during the trip, and they were right there to let us know what was going on and made changes for us immediately.  

We had a fantastic trip that was perfectly planned by Zicasso’s travel agent. What an absolute pleasure to deal with her. She made changes and accommodated my requests. Her recommendations and choices of hotels and places of interest were perfect.

Transportation worked exactly as planned, with drivers on time and very pleasant. The tour guides were well-chosen and very informative.

Our travel team provided fantastic support and all arrangements were executed to a tee. I would highly recommend this team and our travel agency to anyone planning a trip to Italy. This was our third visit to the country.

No doubt there are several top notch travel agencies/coordinators that can plan a terrific trip to Italy.  That said if you are planning such a trip and don’t contact this travel agent, you just may be missing out on a very special experience.  Not only did our travel agent customize our trip to the Amalfi Coast & Sicily, her attention to detail both before and during the venture was remarkable. She guided us in the right direction, coupling our wishes with logistics (and reality).  At every stop every day, she was in contact with hotel staff, drivers, tour guides and restaurants, making sure that all was fine. And it was. We hope to return to Italy sometime in the future focusing on its northern area. When we do, there will be no hesitation on whom we will be contacting.

Our trip was amazing and I would highly recommend this travel company to friends and family.  Our trip planner thought of every detail and helped to plan a wonderful trip for my parents. They enjoyed every moment and were able to experience a personal trip thanks to her help. 

I was hesitant to use this type of company because I worried that handing over so much money to an unknown person/company was dangerous. I checked out this agent and her company as best I could. She provided an itinerary matching absolutely everything we asked for and adjusted the prices accordingly. She always answered emails within minutes if I had a question. She also selected wonderful accommodations for us as well as great restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Marziale in Sorrento. This hotel-boutique was just a wonderful experience for us to relax and enjoy the ambiance of the local area. In Naples we had the pleasure of staying at Decumani Hotel de Charme. This place provided excellent service and made our stay feel very welcomed. Lastly, our stay at Hi Hotel in Bari was absolutely amazing. We got a massage there after a long day of walking and it was totally worth it. We are very happy about our accommodations.

I would recommend her services to anyone - and I have already.

Our Italy travel agency exceeded our expectations!!  Our agent was instrumental in arranging our vacation/10th anniversary trip to Italy.  We presented her with our wish list and must do's in Italy, and she hit every one of them spot on!  She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of Italy.  Our agent responded very quickly to all our emails and phone calls and addressed any concerns and questions we had in a very timely manner.  The tours were just what we requested and every tour guide was enthusiastic, friendly, fun, and very willing to share their information and make our trip enjoyable.  They all truly have great pride in their country and wanted to share that with us.  The itinerary that our agent prepared for us went off without a hitch:  tours, transportation, hotels, suggestions, etc. were perfect!!  The hotels she arranged for us were exceptional!  The service was great and the rooms were very comfortable.   Our travel company and our agent made our trip stress free.  My husband and I had a fantastic trip!!  Thank you to our agent and her company!

Our travel agent was responsive while we were there and very attentive on the activities and types of hotels we were looking for. All our places were centrally located and had the amenities that were looking for.When things went ary she quickly updated our schedule.
