Our honeymoon in Japan was incredible, all thanks to this travel agency. Alex was extremely attentive both before and during the trip. When we had a last-minute itinerary change due to weather, Alex immediately made a new plan for us, working into the night to ensure we were taken care of. The trip was made unforgettable with private tours, private drivers, and wonderful hotels and service. We highly recommend booking a trip with this travel company.

In 2021, my son had his Bar Mitzvah, and his dream trip was to visit Japan. My sister-in-law recommended Ziccaso, which she used to plan her trip to Italy. We entered our expectations and were fortunate to select this travel company to organize our trip. Scott from the travel agency worked patiently and diligently to plan the greatest trip ever, however, COVID unfortunately delayed our trip.

We finally were able to travel on June 18, 2023, to Tokyo and Kyoto. Scott booked our hotels and a Ryokan, tour guides, assistants to help us get from the airport to the hotel and navigate bullet trains and subways. He even personally took us to some amazing sights. I highly recommend Scott to organize a Japan Experience. Also, I will use Zicasso to plan future trips.

Our group of five had a wonderful time, and I cannot recommend this company enough if you are planning a trip to Asia.

First of all, the communication between the company and the client is efficient and very timely. Throughout the planning process, we were included in choices to make and kept up to date about suggestions and changes that needed to be made.

We traveled with two college students, two middle-aged women, and an elderly woman in a wheelchair. The service that we were provided was second to none, and the guides we had were able to take into account the needs of all the travelers in our group so that everyone felt like they were on vacation and well cared for.

We spent 14 wonderful days in Japan seeing all of the sights and trying wonderful food. I have traveled all over the world, and I think it would have been very difficult to really feel like I was on vacation in Japan if we had not used this company. Most people in Japan do not speak English well, so without our fabulous guides and drivers, we would have had an uncomfortable trip, and we would have struggled to accomplish our goals.

Lastly, not only was the trip prepared and delivered perfectly to our needs, but we continued to be well cared for when an unexpected typhoon approached, and we had to change some plans to be safe and comfortable. I was very impressed with this company and their ability to move us swiftly without really disrupting our travel even though we had to rearrange some things. If you want to have a wonderful time, choose this company!

This was a really fantastic trip that wouldn't have happened without the travel agency. It was our first custom trip and Carl and his team were attentive, great listeners, and willing to adjust as we saw fit. Our 18 days in Japan provided a custom experience. We had discussions with the team about food, cooking, and gardens, in addition to visiting the famous sites in the country. We set the pace, starting most days between 9am and 10am, and we were back at the hotel between 4pm and 5pm., allowing us some time to relax before dinner. The travel company's focus is on providing unique experiences, and I'll mention a few of them.

We had a session with a monk that exceeded our expectations. He taught us the basic skills of meditation and led a prayer with another monk to start the session, which was a great experience. We also had the opportunity to cook a traditional Japanese dinner, which we plan to try at home. We even finished early, and two women dressed my wife in a kimono. Another highlight was a demonstration with a master candy maker, and we got to taste the delicious candy. These are just a few of the unique experiences we enjoyed. This trip was designed specifically for us, and I'm sure that for others, their trip would be quite different.

Charlotte and the team at the travel agency worked collaboratively with me to design "the trip of a lifetime" in Japan for our family, which included three children aged 15, 12, and 8. Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly in designing the trip, and our communication before and during the trip was extremely helpful. 

We had outstanding guides and an itinerary that balanced adult and child interests. Our accommodations met our expectations, even exceeding our expectations in some instances. We could not be happier with our experiences, and had an overall luxurious experience, worth every penny.

Incredibly responsive, helpful and professional service.  From the start to finish, the travel agency was a pleasure to work with.  Gave us excellent recommendations, booked us in great hotels and provided amazing guides and itineraries that matched our interests. Helped with every detail, including getting us subway cards, bullet train train passes, and ways to navigate a country we hadn't visited before.  Would recommend 100%

This was an excellent company to work with. We would recommend it to all. However, I want to preface this review by stating that this trip was planned back in January 2020, prior to the challenges posed by the global health situation, and that this trip was postponed three consecutive times, extending over three years. Our original travel planner left the company and a new one was assigned to carry this trip to completion. She did a great job. 

The goal of our trip was based on cultural aspects and engaging with the people of the countries we visited. Despite the setbacks, this was a good trip. Of course, there were several instances beyond everyone’s control that caused it to be less than stellar. Weather conditions and pollution were significant issues. We didn't see the sun for 30+ days. Additionally, changes due to the global health situation impacted the trip significantly. 

However, the explanation of events and the proposed itinerary were far more glorious. It wasn't bad, but it was different. However, all in all, it was a great trip nonetheless. Yes, we would recommend it to all.

The trip was fun and exciting and went very well. The guides chosen were very knowledgeable and attentive, and logistics good. Suzie and the team were all very attentive.
