Zicasso's trip coordinator planned everything perfectly to make our trip among the best we have ever taken. From our first conversation, she really listened to what was important to us and her suggestions were spot on. I was especially concerned because my granddaughter has life-threatening allergies and she made sure everyone was well aware.
The accommodations were first-class; the tours were fun and entertaining; the transportation was precisely right; and her suggestions about things to do on our own were fantastic! She was readily available via call and text for questions in real time. I would recommend her without hesitation and hope to work with her on future trips.

The trip itinerary and guides provided in Barcelona, Porto, the Duoro Valley, and Madrid were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional and personable, and spoke excellent English.
Most of the drivers were very good, but we were surprised that some of them did not provide bottled water for half-day tours (we had to ask and stop to buy it). This was a minor nuisance, but given the price of tours and previous experiences, a simple expectation, as well as having the car cooled down and AC on during hot days when being picked up.​
The tour manager did an outstanding job overall, but could have improved on some specific requests that seemed to be either forgotten or missed regarding an electric scooter/wheelchair we rented that caused some issues during pick-up and drop-off. Otherwise, working with her was a very good experience.

It was a great pleasure working with Zicasso's tour agency. Our travel designer and her staff were attentive to the kind of trip we wanted and planned a great itinerary. The hotels, restaurants, and drivers were all top-notch. For us, the acid test was the quality of the guides, and they excelled there as well. We would happily have them plan another trip for us.

The trip was amazing. It was not long enough to visit three islands, but still a fantastic trip.
