Our travel agent was our primary contact for the majority of the planning of the trip and we had excellent assistance from her team. All of them were fantastic in every way, providing us assurance that we were listened to for what we wanted. They also provided us well-informed guidance on what we did not know, but needed to make the best decisions for our trip. They were genuinely invested in us having a memorable experience with their caring tone and patience, especially being available to answer our questions, and always doing it promptly and thoroughly.
Our trip was absolutely seamless! We had a daily update the day prior via WhatsApp for the next day's agenda. All transfers were on time and courteous hosts educated us about Greece and got to know us personally. They supported us throughout the trip with restaurant recommendations and coordinating any other interests we had. For example, on our free day in Santorini, they helped us coordinate a day at the black-sand beach, which was relaxing and beautiful.
We absolutely loved Greece, from the charming streets of Chania to the deep, navy blue Aegean Sea on our day boat trip seeing all of Santorini and the bustling city of Athens, with the Acropolis and its rich history dating back to 2500 BC. And of course, the delicious fresh food wherever we were!
It was a fantastic, memorable experience for our family in a beautiful place that we will cherish. Thanks for all your team's work in making it so enjoyable and easy for our family! The trip planned for us by the Zicasso travel company was beyond our expectations.
I was so impressed by how well balanced our itinerary was. The active days were followed by a day that was not too taxing. A day where we had to wake up very early was followed by a day where we could sleep a bit longer. We saw many archaeological historic sites, but that was balanced well by a few days of immersion into local food and music culture.
The guides provided us were not only warm and friendly, but also highly informed and educated. It was a joy to make fast friends with them.
The hotels were incredible and we did not have one meal that was not absolutely outstanding.

Our travel specialist was amazing! I was planning a three-generation girls' trip to Italy and was paired up with her by Zicasso. She listened to what we wanted and then put together an amazing itinerary for us. Being based in Italy, it was nice having her in the same time zone as us for our trip. She was able to timely communicate when our seats on the train changed at the last minute and she kept track of us the entire way.

The trip Zicasso's travel consultant designed for us was absolutely perfect in every way! The hotel in Florence was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. I loved seeing art everywhere in the hotel and the staff were helpful and accommodating.
All of our drivers were friendly and helpful. As two women traveling in a country where we didn't speak the language, our drivers made us feel safe and well taken care of.
Our guide for the Uffizi, Accademia, Bargello, and the Duomo was incredible! She enriched our experience with her extensive knowledge base and delightful personality. We formed a fast friendship and were sad when our time with her came to an end. She was one of the highlights of our trip. I can't say enough wonderful things about her! 
The wine tours were fabulous! We learned so much about the Chianti region. Each tour was well done, but Montalcino was the stand-out experience. It was so elegant and wonderful. Needless to say, we brought home several bottles...
I can't thank the travel consultant enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely lovely to work with. She understood exactly what we wanted and curated a trip of a lifetime for us! I fell in love with the art, architecture, people, food, and wine of the region, and hope to return someday.
I must also acknowledge our US contact. He was incredibly helpful any time he was called on to assist. So cheerful and positive.
