The planning experience was wonderful overall. From the initial conversation about what my family was looking for to the final touches to the itinerary, Zicasso's travel expert was engaging, responsive, and helpful.
The accommodations he selected for us exceeded expectations; they were spacious, beautiful, and well-located. The tours/activities suggested were really fun and gave us a sense of the locale in a unique and memorable way that fit our family well. Once we were in-country, communications were easy and helpful. We felt very well cared for.
Payment to our travel company was easy and it was a real pleasure once we were in-country to have all the identified items already paid for. I would definitely book a trip with them again.

We just got back from an amazing two-week vacation with our children and our eight-year-old granddaughter. The travel specialists at Zicasso's tour company were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They took all of my ideas and managed to incorporate them seamlessly into our itinerary. I had quite a few requests and even made some last-minute changes, which they accommodated without any hesitation. One specialist, in particular, was exceptionally kind and helpful!

The organization of the trip was smooth and effortless. The transportation, drivers, and guides were all top-notch! We traveled in clean and well-maintained Mercedes vans, with well-dressed and personable drivers. The local guides were not only knowledgeable, but also spoke English clearly, sharing fascinating insights that allowed us to dive deeper into the history and culture. The hotels we stayed at ranged from good to very good. If I were to plan this again, I might choose a different location in Rome; the area was a bit congested and the hotel could use some upgrades, but it was conveniently situated.

The wine tastings were enjoyable and dinner at the vineyard was truly magical! Our standout activities were the cooking classes in Florence and Rome. The chefs were professional and imparted a lot of knowledge, giving us valuable skills to take home.
The highlight of our trip was definitely the private boat charter in Capri! We had a perfect day on a brand-new yacht, with an experienced captain and crew who took us to hidden caves away from the crowds, allowing us to swim in stunning locations. It was an absolutely fantastic trip!

From the beginning of the planning stage, communication from Zicasso's travel agent was amazing. She was knowledgeable and professional in choosing the places to visit, stay, and tour. Any questions I had were answered timely, even with the differing time zones. Our trip was our first to Italy and she was able to make it memorable. I would highly recommend our agent and Zicasso for trip planning and will let friends and family know what a great experience we had.

This was a very well-organized trip and our Zicasso trip planner responded immediately anytime I had a question or concern. We went to three beautiful and different Greek islands, followed by a wonderful experience in the Greek mountains.
We especially enjoyed Metsovo, where we not only got to do our planned activity of truffle hunting, but got to see more of what it is like to live in Greece by just crossing paths with people along the way. We saw a man tending to his bee hives and he happily showed us the honeycombs and his work. We stopped to watch a shepherd bring his sheep along the road to a new pasture and enjoyed walking through the quieter villages, enjoying local coffee, food, and wine.
All of our drivers arrived on time and ready for us, and all were extremely helpful in sharing information about the local areas. It was a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend this tour operator to anyone looking to organize a trip in Greece!

Zicasso's trip planner booked us the most amazing mother-daughter trip. We traveled to Rome, Florence, and the Amalfi Coast, and every piece was perfectly timed and planned. Each experience that was planned was with great guides and chefs, making every day fun and engaging. I highly recommend her and her team!

It was fabulous to walk up to any site we were visiting, have the tickets already in the hands of our trusty guides, and waltz right in. They were all knowledgeable and personable.
