Our Italy travel agency exceeded our expectations!!  Our agent was instrumental in arranging our vacation/10th anniversary trip to Italy.  We presented her with our wish list and must do's in Italy, and she hit every one of them spot on!  She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of Italy.  Our agent responded very quickly to all our emails and phone calls and addressed any concerns and questions we had in a very timely manner.  The tours were just what we requested and every tour guide was enthusiastic, friendly, fun, and very willing to share their information and make our trip enjoyable.  They all truly have great pride in their country and wanted to share that with us.  The itinerary that our agent prepared for us went off without a hitch:  tours, transportation, hotels, suggestions, etc. were perfect!!  The hotels she arranged for us were exceptional!  The service was great and the rooms were very comfortable.   Our travel company and our agent made our trip stress free.  My husband and I had a fantastic trip!!  Thank you to our agent and her company!

This travel company created an unbelievable 11 day trip for us. They were patient with us when we were creating our itinerary  and had amazing suggestions of places to visit and things to do.  They did not disappoint.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our trip was!!!! Our travel agent Cynthia was amazing, providing us with the best accommodations, tours, recommendations for restaurants shops and more. Our trip to Italy and Greece was better than we could have imagined thanks to our travel agency!

We were extremely happy with the services that Irene at the travel agency provided. All of the hotels were lovely. They were small boutique hotels ( with the exception of the hotel in Santorini). The rooms were generous, all with balconies and views. The guides were knowledgeable, as were the drivers. Everything within the company's control went smoothly. We always felt we were well taken care of. Irene uses small family owned businesses as much as she can, and this makes a difference. The people who own them are who you meet and they are committed to service. Any place Irene sent us to eat was at least good, if not excellent. I would use her again in a heartbeat and will recommend her to anyone planning a trip to Greece.

My wife and I just came back from an absolutely fantastic trip to Greece, including Athens, Paros, Naxos, Santorini, and Chania/Crete. The trip was fantastic because Zicasso’s travel company worked with us on several occasions to develop an itinerary that was just perfect. Our travel agents were personable and accommodating, almost like being in Greece with them as friends. They even met us for coffee when we were in Athens, something no other travel professional has ever done on our previous trips.

Our trip included beautiful destinations, wonderful boutique accommodations in desirable locations, land/ferry/plane transfers, a variety of tailored tours with knowledgeable and personable guides, and full, 24/7 support from the travel team.

The trip logistics were so smooth. Lodging in the various locations was gorgeous, with amazing views, the transfers were always on time, as were the tours, and the guides were great. This made for a relaxed vacation, knowing our travel agency had taken care of every detail.

We have traveled extensively across the globe over the past 10 years and our travel agents were the best specialists/professionals with whom we have worked during that time.
