This trip was fantastic. The itinerary was great, though with hindsight I may have made a few minor changes. Every aspect was planned and carried out without any problems. All our transfers, transportation, excursions and hotels were beautiful. Our only problem concerned the 180 steps at our Santorini hotel- way too many for comfort. The islands we visited were all wonderful. I was very pleased with the itinerary. Communication was also superb. Every question and email was returned promptly. I would recommend this agency without hesitation.  

My wife and I decided to marry during COVID's lockdown. We were unable to have a honeymoon and were saving and waiting for a trip to Italy. As the world began to reopen we got far too busy to actually plan our honeymoon but we wanted it to be so special. We spoke to Eli over the phone and she really got to know us as people and what we wanted this trip to be about. She put together the absolute best trip of my life. I love to go and be with locals from wherever I am traveling and she made that happen. Each tour was a personal tour for my wife and I with a local travel guide. Whether it was hiking, boating, swimming, doing the touristy thing, we were always with someone that was from the area that could take us to the best places. 

The travel agency planned a trip for four friends to explore the Basque region (in Spain and France), with a couple of days in Barcelona.

The trip was relatively last minute and it was incredibly helpful to have the travel agency guide the process of finding accommodations and handling tours and transportation during a busy time of the year. I would definitely recommend this travel company.

I just can't say enough good things about our experience with Patricia at the travel agency. We worked together to come up with an itinerary that met the needs and interests of our family, and she took it from there, covering every detail, from hotel reservations, in-country transportation, attraction tickets, and even reservations for selected meals.

We had a great balance of structured and unstructured time. We felt so spoiled. The people at the airport and train station even had a sign/device with our name on it, just like they show on TV. It saved us so much time not having to research tickets, hotels, transportation, etc, making it a virtually stress-free trip. If we did have to contact her via WhatsApp, she always responded within a minute. We had the option of an in-country cell phone, but decided to use WhatsApp so we didn't have to carry a second phone. It worked great.

One of our train rides was delayed, impacting our arrival time and scheduled tour. We contacted Patricia and she worked with the driver and tour guide on the other end to change times so that our driver could adjust the pick-up time and we didn't miss our tour. If we hadn’t had Patricia, I think that whole day would have been a waste, but she managed everything for us. It was great!

Initially, the bid was a little more than what we were hoping for, so Patricia worked with us to suggest ways to cut costs. We ended up doing some day trips on our own and she purchased the train tickets for us. This was a great way to cut some costs, but honestly, if I were to do it again, I would have stayed with her original plan as those days seemed to be the most stressful - trying to decide what to see first, where to go, what was open, trying to get taxis to go where we wanted, and to get back to the train station on time, etc.

When Patricia planned for us, we had it all lined up beautifully and our private guides and drivers were all fantastic. I highly recommend Patricia and the travel agency. My husband and I said several times during the trip, "It was worth every nickel”.

Our travel advisor set us up with a great trip! They listened to the type of trip we wanted and provided great options.  Unfortunately, I felt as time went on, they didn't pay attention to the details as much as in the beginning. Part of our itinerary was inaccurate and when we asked for dinner reservations to be made each night, only one was made. We really loved the trip but again felt some details were missed which caught us by surprise. The people they work with/recommended in Italy were all excellent and fun to be with. 

Mary planned a terrific trip for my sister and myself. The two best parts were thanks to Mary and her choice of guides while touring Cairo and Luxor. They were so knowledgeable about the kings and Pharaohs and every temple and mausoleum, both Egyptologists to the max, and both lovely gentlemen. Her hotel choices were perfect as well.

Not on her, but I would have done our trip without the "cruise down the Nile." I really didn't enjoy that at all. A drive to Luxor from Cairo would have suited me better, and then a drive to Abu Simbel, which was not offered or mentioned, would have been a much better choice for me. But all in all, a wonderful trip!

Having never been to Croatia before, as a solo traveler Zicasso gave me the confidence to go and helped me to plan my trip. My agent from the travel company knew specifically where I would like to be and how to get there.

Traveling to Italy has been on our wish list for over 10 years, and it was as amazing as we had imagined. Alex at the travel agency coordinated every detail perfectly and each guide, host, and driver was just as professional. Their communication left no reason to doubt or worry about any details; they were always one step ahead. They made it so enjoyable to learn about their country and its history.

Our hotel selections were top-notch and in perfect locations. They all included breakfast, unmatched views of the area, and great service. Thanks to everyone who made our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
