Zicasso and their travel partner customized a vacation/itinerary that indeed surpassed expectations. Throughout the planning process, we were impressed with the expertise and efficiency demonstrated. Our specific needs and preferences were taken into consideration as a top priority. All communication was respectful, but also kind and caring. Zicasso and our travel company earned our confidence and appreciation prior to final booking, of course. The true extent of that confidence and appreciation wasn't made known until we experienced all that was to be of this amazing vacation.

Zicasso’s travel company planned the trip just as we hoped. It was truly a magical trip with the historical sights and cultural elements that changed with the landscape. It was a hard trip to organize since we wanted to see so many different sights and the distances made it challenging, but it was meticulously planned with a private driver who drove us from place to place. I can’t give enough thanks to everyone who made this dream experience come true. Our driver was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. All our guides were knowledgeable and enhanced the experience further. The trip was long, but very seamlessly organized.

The Zicasso travel company listened to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. From day one, everything went as planned. Every driver and guide was there on time and was extremely knowledgeable. All of the representatives spoke English and made valuable recommendations.

I do want to point out that the best guide was the one in Belgrade. He truly was an encyclopedia of information. We will definitely be returning and will ask that he be assigned to us. I would recommend, and already have, our travel company to anyone looking to go to Croatia and Serbia. It was the best vacation ever!! Thank you.

We were extremely happy with this trip. Everything happened as and when it was supposed to. We had multiple drivers providing multiple transfers, and everyone showed up as expected and on time. We had mostly great guides and enjoyed our planned excursions. Both the US-based trip planner and the local contact in Italy were extremely helpful and promptly responded to any questions.
