We highly recommend this very professional and detail-oriented travel company. Jaouad helped us plan a 10-day trip of a lifetime to Morocco, seven days spent with our driver and guide and two and a half days with Jaouad himself.

Our guide picked us up at the airport in Casablanca where we spent a few hours visiting the Hassan II mosque and the local synagogue. We then drove to Rabat, which we toured for the afternoon and spent the night. On day two, we drove to Fes, stopping at Meknes and Moulay Driss along the way. We did a fun ceramic class in Fes and spent the next day touring this amazing city, including the tannery, the Mellah, the royal palace, and wandered through the souks.

The next day, we drove to Erfoud and then went into the Sahara Desert, where we did a super fun ATV ride and a sunset camel ride, and “glamped” in the desert. The following day, we visited a local market in Rissani and the gorgeous Todra Gorges with an overnight stay in Skoura.

Our last stop was three nights in the magical and very busy city of Marrakech, which included visiting the labyrinth of markets and doing a fun cooking class in the Atlas Mountains. Both our guide and Jaouad were phenomenal! They were fluent in English, very knowledgeable, super nice, and very interesting. We felt like we were continually getting the inside scoop on all things Morocco, ranging from the history of this beautiful country to its culture, to the politics and more.

Jaouad also chose beautiful hotels, most of which were riads, which gave us five-star accommodations in the authentic Moroccan style. I cannot say enough amazing things about our trip, which was perfect from start to finish!

Hassan, the owner of the travel agency, created a superlative dream vacation for our family in Morocco. We spoke over the phone and communicated via email to finalize the itinerary with his local knowledge and recommendations. He chose the most beautiful Riads for us to stay in, found in fabulous locations within each city.

We visited many locations within Morocco which included Rabat, Chefchaouen, Volubilis, Fez plus a day trip in the Atlas Mountains. We experienced Marrakech, enjoyed an overnight stay at a desert lodge in the Agafay desert and visited Essaouira, and Oualidia. The trip was completely stress-free, with our driver-guide managing all our travel between locations, and local guides in each city. 

We are usually independent travelers, but this experience with the travel agency has completely changed how we will travel going forward.

Five stars! We have used Zicasso before and have been happy with the agents we used in Thailand and the Middle East. Marcus, from the travel agency, spent a lot of time with me and besides being a delightful personality, he really got our style of travel, more than any other agent we have ever used, including those recommended and used by friends for other trips.

His suggestions regarding activities and areas of Turkey to stay, were perfect for us. The towns and lodging where he put us on the coast were not the big Bodrum hotels but rather on a smaller scale, full of character, and beautiful.

His person on the ground was always accessible, with a charming personality. We were always on his radar and were secure that any glitch would be handled and felt well taken care of. For example was when the gulet cruise day was changed to take advantage of optimal weather.

We will be recommending him to anyone who is considering a trip to Turkey.

The travel agency made our dream trip to Morocco come true! Selma and the team were insightful and professional and their kindness made the whole process seamless and stress-free, allowing us to focus on our holiday. The guide and the driver were incredible and made our journey so much fun. It would not have been the same without them, we quickly became a travel family!

But it was the little things like them finding and returning my son’s trumpet and his lucky Mickey Mouse toy he left behind or finding and returning the meds that someone in our group lost, giving her peace of mind, etc., that made this journey truly special. That over-the-top service and kindness are not duplicated anywhere else! I have used many travel agencies in the past, and this is by far my favorite.

My family and I will definitely use this company again, this was an amazing experience. We will be returning and we can't thank the team enough for all their efforts.
