The travel was well designed by Zicasso's tour company, according to our request. The itinerary was fine. The hotels were well chosen. They gave us good advice to enjoy the trip. The communication via email was very smooth. The travel was perfect.

This tour company did an excellent job of understanding our needs and helping us every step of the way, from initial contact and throughout our trip.  They chose excellent drivers and guides, and continually checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly.  When   we missed a connection because of a delayed flight they advised suppliers and rescheduled drivers and guides.  Special commendation to our agent who gave us months of personal attention and made it possible for us to get a taste of several regions during a short two week vacation and the travel specialist who met with us and acted as our  hostess for the trip.  I highly recommend both the trip planner and Zicasso for putting us in contact with them.  Shirley S.

We are basking in the memory of a simply amazing trip to Argentina with Zicasso... it was awesome. The responsiveness of our specialist and guides, and the attentiveness of service overall, was very noticeable throughout. In particular, there was a storm that hit in the days prior to our arrival in Bariloche (Argentine Patagonia Lake District) which impacted boat schedules, and behind the scenes, without us knowing, we were rebooked and rescheduled for various activities in a seamless fashion to ensure we got the hiking and other experiences we were hoping for. We had an excellent trip to Chile. All the transfers and guides were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The trip was exactly as described, with no bad surprises! The accommodations were clean and well-located. The Zicasso company representatives stayed in touch with us before and during the trip, but we didn't need any assistance. We would book with them again.

The Zicasso travel agent and his team of experts worked with me to craft a memorable trip throughout continental Chile and Easter Island. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that all the details – local guides, accommodations, entry tickets, domestic flights, etc – were handled. Zicasso's travel company and our agent were a pleasure work with. We adapted an itinerary to our interests and created a special private tour for ourselves. When we had a pharmacy need, they went out of their way to help us locate our medicines. Our guides were wonderful! I would recommend our tour company for future travel!
