Zicasso’s travel advisor was very receptive to our needs for schedule changes and shifts. Every aspect of the trip went very well and as planned. Our guide was amazing and did such a great job of keeping us safe, including shifting some things around when we had an emergency. The agency also took care of the emergency really well, putting us at ease.

The only reason I gave four stars (I would have given 4.5) is that our contact person in Chile was out of the office for most of our trip and we were given an emergency number. We did have to call the emergency number and the response was great, but it was a bit frustrating that we were given a contact who was out of the office for pretty much the whole trip and we didn't quite have a face to this person or a relationship with them. Of course, everything was taken care of, so no issues.

Zicasso's tour guides, for the most part, were excellent. All of them were punctual, very nice, and accommodating, especially our guide in Mendoza, who went out of his way to help us and give us a wonderful experience.

Our tour guide in Iguazu, although very nice, was very inexperienced. The day we got there, it was raining and he said we would have to cancel our helicopter ride because of this. My daughter suggested we just flip the itinerary and move the helicopter ride to the next day. Our guide said, "Good Idea … ". Also, when he drove us to the helicopter, there was an hour’s wait, which was fine and not his fault. However, while we were waiting, he should have got the pass to the park since it was a two-minute drive. Instead, we waited an hour, took the helicopter ride, and when we got to the park entrance, found we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to get in. An experienced tour guide would have been able to figure out those logistics.

Our hotels were very nice, except the one in Mendoza was a bit shabby and not comparable to the one that we were supposed to be at. I question why we weren't staying in the city of Mendoza. The hotel in Buenos Aires was in a great location.

Our trip, arranged through Zicasso’s tour company, was very enjoyable and we were very pleased with the service while in Peru!

Having our travel coordinated, such that we didn't have to worry about navigating train schedules (and delays), as well as planning for flights and transportation, was great! Since neither of us speak Spanish, there were times when it would have been quite challenging and stressful without our guides.

Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. It was so much easier having that arranged by our travel operator. Our agent checked in frequently during our trip to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend our tour operator to anyone going to areas they service. Muchas gracias.

We selected our Zicasso travel specialists because they designed the best itinerary and seemed to well understand our needs. Their accommodation choices were good value and generally in the best locations. They handled the difficult logistics of our trip quite well, but at times were negligent in informing us promptly of changes to the program and flights. We had more interaction with them during the trip than we normally have and they always responded quickly and effectively. We were very pleased with the guides and drivers they hired and our program was busy and diversified, as we wanted it. Overall, we had a great trip and recommend them.

My trip to Santiago, Chile, the Atacama Desert, and Patagonia was everything we wished for. Zicasso’s tour operators mapped out a wonderful itinerary, with tours that were interesting and scenic. All of our guides were informative and so friendly. The team from the travel company checked in on us during our vacation. If we had a question, they responded right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better company. All the accommodations were top-notch and the hotel staff were very helpful with any questions.

Chile is a beautiful country with picturesque beauty all around. Our favorites were Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales. The tour to Torres del Paine National Park was breathtaking and our trip to the glaciers was beautiful. We met so many nice people on our adventures and brought home memories that will last a lifetime. We recommended our travel company if you ever want to visit the beautiful country of Chile.

We enjoyed our trip! We got to see several iconic sites, like Machu Picchu, Iguazú Falls, and Christ the Redeemer.

We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.

Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.

We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.

Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.
