Filomena, the owner of this travel company, provided an experience that was above expectations, a wonderful trip to Porto, Lisbon, and the Algarve. 

Every tour she booked for us was on time and exactly how we planned the small group tours. Her staff were so helpful with all of our transportation throughout the trip. She even accompanied us with her driver to the airport and took care of our luggage and ticketing to make sure we headed in the right direction for the international gates. She also gave us her GPS, loaded with all suggested stops in the Algarve.

The trip plan loaded to our phones gave daily itineraries, with a map to the meeting points for tours. I would recommend Zicasso and this travel company to anyone going to Portugal. It is a wonderful country to visit, with so many beautiful areas. Thank you, Filomena, for the best trip.

The itinerary that was put together for us was outstanding. We had a call with the agency and told them what we were looking for, and they delivered. Outstanding hotels in each of the three locations we stayed: Porto, Lisbon, and the Algarve. The private tours that were put together were fantastic. Our guides were prompt, friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable, and asked us about our preferences.

At the conclusion of our time in Porto and Lisbon, the agency rented us a car to drive to the Algarve and booked us in at a wonderful property that really allowed us to relax and be pampered after eight to nine days of busy traveling. I would highly recommend this agency for any trip to Portugal.

Nuno was most helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns during the planning process of our trip. All of the things that we corresponded and spoke about were incorporated. Once we arrived, both he and Sara took the time to greet us at the hotel and review the details of the upcoming schedule. We were provided with a WhatsApp chat link with which to ask questions and resolve any problems or issues that arose.

On a couple of occasions, weather and timing dictated a need to switch days or times, and our team didn't disappoint, making the necessary changes in a matter of hours without any disruption to our trip. The accommodations they chose for us were excellent and in line with our discussion. Their partners in terms of drivers, private tour guides, as well as small group tours, were all outstanding - seasoned hospitality veterans. They all introduced us to the Portugal that you read about and wish to see, as well as lesser-known experiences that allowed us to get a better flavor of Portuguese culture and its people. 

We had a number of prearranged meals at local restaurants that were all memorable. In summary, the travel agency and their team were one of the most thorough and responsive agencies we have had the pleasure of working with to create a most memorable trip. Highly recommended!

Wow, what a fantastic trip we had to Switzerland, which was perfectly planned by the attentive and detailed Devaki. We interviewed three or so travel agents to help us, a husband and wife and four adult sons, with our planning. We wanted to see the beauty and landscape of the countryside and mountains. We wanted to explore, hike, and be in nature. We also wanted nice hotels, transportation, and cuisine. We had an extensive list of places we wanted to see.

Devaki listened, took notes, asked questions, shared her experiences, and created a trip and itinerary encompassing all that we asked for and then some. Dev and her team are outstanding. Their attention to detail is above and beyond. The knowledge her team has of the destinations and travel, in general, came through with a well-planned trip. 

The response team they have in place is so helpful when questions or concerns arise. They responded quickly and took care of any and every issue that came up, which were very few, maybe just one. I would not hesitate to recommend Dev and her team, and I would certainly use them again.

Our Portugal vacation turned out perfectly this summer. It almost did not happen due to several constraints: timeline, budget and other logistical issues when we were originally planning the trip. We were fortunate to meet Marisa and the travel agency through Zicasso. After recognizing the difficulty we were having, Marisa really worked with us, preparing several vacation package proposals to try to meet our needs. She even suggested to have a Zoom meeting to answers all our questions and address our concerns. She did such a great job and our stay in Portugal turned out beyond our expectations. Marisa, and the folks from the travel agency we have met: our private tour guide, the guides who took us sunset sailing are all so wonderful. It feels like they are friends looking after us to make sure we enjoy their beautiful country. We would love to go back to Portugal, not only because of the cultural gems we have discovered, but also to have the opportunity perhaps to spend time with them again. Jose and Joana at the travel agency were phenomenal to work with. During my initial call with Jose, I explained the type of vacations my husband and I like and what we were looking for during our first visit to Portugal. Jose came up with a draft itinerary and we barely had to change anything. Joana communicated well with us leading up to and during our trip.

When we arrived at our first hotel, they left us a beautiful welcome box with our printed itinerary, as well as some other Portuguese goodies and a memento to take home. I also love how the travel agency has a 24-hour WhatsApp account where we could communicate if anything came up.

While we were looking forward to a private boat tour, it unfortunately was canceled due to safety reasons because of the rough conditions at sea. However, Joana reached out to us directly and devised a plan for us to see some of the beaches in Lagos, which was a wonderful alternative. The hotel and restaurant recommendations the travel company gave were excellent - they really know their stuff!

I wish we had had more time to explore other parts of the country. No doubt we will use this company again when we come back to Portugal.
