My husband, four adult children, and I had such a wonderful family trip! We worked with our Zicasso tour operator and she was extremely proactive, thorough, and responsive. Within a day or so after our initial introductory conversation, she sent a proposed itinerary, which was a great jumping-off point for planning. Even though we were extremely slow to book and the busy travel season was upon us, she never pressured us, and instead made suggestions to plan the best trip possible.

Once in Colombia, the travel team stayed in touch with us every step of the way through WhatsApp, including sending us boarding passes for our in-country flights. They even left us a wonderful gift at the hotel as a memento of our trip. I would highly recommend our travel company to plan any Colombia trip!

Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. It was so much easier having that arranged by our travel operator. Our agent checked in frequently during our trip to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated. This is my second time using Zicasso to arrange a trip to South America and once again, it was an amazing experience. We had such an amazing trip to Peru with Zicasso’s travel company! Our agent was so responsive while we were planning the trip, preparing for it, and on the trip. She really listened to me to help personalize the tour so it would be everything we wanted, which it really was!

Our guide was also wonderful. He knew everything from ancient Incan history to which bathrooms would have toilet paper! And yes, he even provided it when necessary. Peru is absolutely enchanting and our travel company is the perfect way to experience it!

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by our travel agency, which made our first trip to Ecuador smooth, easy, and memorable. We could not have asked more of our guide, who introduced us to the culture, history, food, and architecture of Quito. Her knowledge of the area was encyclopedic.

Our guide in the Amazon Rainforest was a superb naturalist who shared his knowledge freely, leading us to an eye-opening experience in the jungle. The cruise aboard the Galapagos Legend was first-class in every way.

Zicasso’s tour operator also saw to it that we made our transportation connections, which certainly relieved the stress associated with that aspect of traveling in a new country.

The itinerary put together by our travel agent ran the gamut of Ecuador, from the Amazon Rainforest to historic Quito, the Ecuador highlands, and the Galapagos Islands. We could not have been more pleased with the trip, which leaves us with memories for years to come.

We selected our Zicasso travel specialists because they designed the best itinerary and seemed to well understand our needs. Their accommodation choices were good value and generally in the best locations. They handled the difficult logistics of our trip quite well, but at times were negligent in informing us promptly of changes to the program and flights. We had more interaction with them during the trip than we normally have and they always responded quickly and effectively. We were very pleased with the guides and drivers they hired and our program was busy and diversified, as we wanted it. Overall, we had a great trip and recommend them.
