We had an excellent adventure.

We had a great trip to Thailand with our Zicasso trip planner. They set us up with a very helpful guide in Bangkok, who made it easy from the time we stepped off the plane, through all the temples, activities, night markets, tuk-tuks, and boats. 
Our hotel in Bangkok was great, with nice views and a nice breakfast buffet. We took the free hotel ferry to the shopping mall and it was a lot of fun. 
Our resort in Koh Samui was incredible. It had a great beach and pool. The elephant sanctuary and the cooking class were highlights. We would probably pass on Pig Island next time as it was very dirty and we saw pigs getting attacked.
Overall, we had a great time and the tour guide took care of us completely, from start to finish. 

We had an amazing two-week trip to Vietnam and an exceptional experience with Zicasso's travel company. 
The agency answered our questions and made changes ahead of the trip at our request, and, right before departure, we were paired with a travel consultant who checked in with us regularly while we were traveling to ensure that everything was going smoothly. We were thrilled to meet him in person on the last day of our trip, as he felt like a trusted friend. 
The travel agency provided us with experienced guides and drivers throughout our trip, so we always felt safe, educated, and ready for every adventure. Our scheduled activities included many boat rides, a seaplane tour, and visiting artisan villages. We were impressed with the varied nature of these activities and enjoyed them all. Overall, we absolutely recommend this agency!

Zicasso's tour planner did an impeccable job planning my family's trip to Thailand! The trip he planned for us was carefully considered and the coordination of all the tours, travel​, and accommodations was seamless. He was extremely patient and responsive when we needed to change things, which was frequently. I never had any problems getting to where we needed to be and we loved all of our excursions and our accommodations. Would highly recommend him!

We used Zicasso for the third time and, once again, were not disappointed. We went to Thailand and Vietnam. Our agent helped design our trip and was absolutely wonderful. From hotel to excursion options, he helped us to tailor the trip to exactly what we wanted. He was always available and kept checking on us throughout our trip.
As far as the actual trip, everything was amazing. Our tour guides were such wonderful people who were not only immensely kind, but also so knowledgeable, filling us in on so much of the history of Thailand. We were met at every destination with private transfers that made the trip so effortless. For any minor hiccups (of which there were next to none), all we had to do was contact our agent and his team took care of it immediately. With their assistance, we were able to focus on enjoying our vacation without any stress at all. 
In Vietnam, we were met by a guide in Hanoi, yet another wonderful tour guide who made sure our every need was met and who also provided us a local’s perspective on Vietnam’s history and culture. In Hoi An, our guide was very nice and provided amazing recommendations for places to eat. Our expeditions were all wonderful experiences and our only regret was not being able to stay longer. 
Zicasso has only given us wonderful experiences on the trips we have planned using their services. We are clearly repeat customers and will continue to be so. We can’t wait for our next trip with Zicasso!

I would highly recommend Zicasso's travel company. All the tour guides and drivers in all three major places we went to were very knowledgeable, accommodating to our preferences, and personable. The tour manager with whom I was in contact during the booking process even greeted us at the hotel on our day of arrival and gave us souvenirs! The trip went exactly as we had hoped for.

We had an amazing, nearly three-week trip throughout Southeast Asia. Zicasso's tour operators did an incredible job planning all of the details of the trip. In general, I am not easily impressed and I tend to be pretty upfront with my criticism. In this case, I was truly impressed. I really don't have any criticism about the whole experience.
This was a very complicated trip, with eight cities/locations and six internal flights. We had great communication in the months and weeks leading up to the trip. They were receptive to all of our requests and they gave very good advice when we had questions.
All of the guides were great. The hotels were amazing and all of the details of the activities, transfers, and internal flights were well thought out and well coordinated. I was so impressed by their attention to detail. They were also willing to be flexible and able to make changes, even during the trip. I was able to reach them throughout the trip by WhatsApp and they responded quickly every time. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
