Zicasso's travel agency exceeded all expectations! At every stop on our two-week journey, we had fantastic guides and well-planned visits. It was fabulous to walk up to any site we were visiting, have the tickets already in the hands of our trusty guides, and waltz right in. They were all knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed getting to know a bit about them and the places we toured. We loved our itinerary and felt we got a wonderful taste of Spain and Portugal. After the experience, you could tell they truly listened to how we like to travel in terms of everything: pacing, hotels, guides, activities, and quality of local providers.
They know the area and also hold a good/solid network of providers in the area.
There was an "open line of communication with them the whole time through a simple solution (WhatsApp chat).
Their recommendations and reservations were totally on target (food). The guides were very professional. We wanted to take advantage of every day and they made us go to bed really tired (which is a good thing).

This was one of the top five vacations of all time! That's saying a lot for a group of 60-plus-year-old experienced travelers.

Our trip to Spain surpassed all expectations. Every hotel, every excursion, and every tour guide was exceptional. When we arrived at an airport, train station, or hotel, a driver was waiting for us to transport us to our next location. The tour guides were so full of knowledge and passion. It added to the experiences. Of course, our guide was the most professional, compassionate, and organized trip coordinator we could have asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Spain was exactly what we wanted and needed. She paid attention to all details and made everything perfect. We are looking forward to working with her in the future.

Our family was very happy with our trip. The experiences were excellent, the local travel guides were exceptional, and all of the logistics went off without a hitch. It was great to have someone always a text away!

The trip itinerary and guides provided in Barcelona, Porto, the Duoro Valley, and Madrid were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional and personable, and spoke excellent English.
Most of the drivers were very good, but we were surprised that some of them did not provide bottled water for half-day tours (we had to ask and stop to buy it). This was a minor nuisance, but given the price of tours and previous experiences, a simple expectation, as well as having the car cooled down and AC on during hot days when being picked up.​
The tour manager did an outstanding job overall, but could have improved on some specific requests that seemed to be either forgotten or missed regarding an electric scooter/wheelchair we rented that caused some issues during pick-up and drop-off. Otherwise, working with her was a very good experience.
