I just can't say enough good things about our experience with Patricia at the travel agency. We worked together to come up with an itinerary that met the needs and interests of our family, and she took it from there, covering every detail, from hotel reservations, in-country transportation, attraction tickets, and even reservations for selected meals.

We had a great balance of structured and unstructured time. We felt so spoiled. The people at the airport and train station even had a sign/device with our name on it, just like they show on TV. It saved us so much time not having to research tickets, hotels, transportation, etc, making it a virtually stress-free trip. If we did have to contact her via WhatsApp, she always responded within a minute. We had the option of an in-country cell phone, but decided to use WhatsApp so we didn't have to carry a second phone. It worked great.

One of our train rides was delayed, impacting our arrival time and scheduled tour. We contacted Patricia and she worked with the driver and tour guide on the other end to change times so that our driver could adjust the pick-up time and we didn't miss our tour. If we hadn’t had Patricia, I think that whole day would have been a waste, but she managed everything for us. It was great!

Initially, the bid was a little more than what we were hoping for, so Patricia worked with us to suggest ways to cut costs. We ended up doing some day trips on our own and she purchased the train tickets for us. This was a great way to cut some costs, but honestly, if I were to do it again, I would have stayed with her original plan as those days seemed to be the most stressful - trying to decide what to see first, where to go, what was open, trying to get taxis to go where we wanted, and to get back to the train station on time, etc.

When Patricia planned for us, we had it all lined up beautifully and our private guides and drivers were all fantastic. I highly recommend Patricia and the travel agency. My husband and I said several times during the trip, "It was worth every nickel”.

The travel agency planned a trip for four friends to explore the Basque region (in Spain and France), with a couple of days in Barcelona.

The trip was relatively last minute and it was incredibly helpful to have the travel agency guide the process of finding accommodations and handling tours and transportation during a busy time of the year. I would definitely recommend this travel company.

My husband and I filled out our information on the Zicasso website and literally within minutes, they returned our inquiry and provided the name of two boutique travel agencies that matched the kind of travel experience we had in mind. Shortly after we got the email, Lalo of our travel company sent us an email asking what time of day we could have a conversation about what we wanted to do in Spain. Our first conversation lasted an hour and Lalo listened to everything we wanted to see and do. From there, we went through several drafts of our itinerary until it was perfect. Our final itinerary was expertly detailed and based on everything we had talked with Lalo about over the course of two weeks.

We had private guides in each city that were amazingly knowledgeable and personable. The caliber of their professionalism was top notch. All our travel arrangements were made by the travel team. Plane and train tickets, hotel reservations, drivers to and from the airport, and all tickets to each historical site were prearranged. We never had to wait in long lines to visit any attraction. Along the way, Lalo would check in with us and make sure the trip was going according to plan. Lalo was professional and caring and was truly involved in making sure that we were having a great time. The team at the travel agency provided exceptional customer service and created a “once-in-a-lifetime” trip that we will never forget.

Everything worked out as per the itinerary and plan.  My toughest customers are my wife and the kids.  They were all very happy with the trip and had an outstanding time during the trip.  This trip will definitely be at the top of our memory lane for the vacations we have had. 

Emily of this travel company was really great and always available for questions. We communicated every day on WhatsApp. She found parking availability and was engaged to help us have a positive experience.

Working with the travel company and especially Javier was a delight. My husband and I celebrated our retirement with a long-awaited trip to Spain. Javier was indispensable in ensuring our trip went flawlessly.

Every hotel, every transfer, every city we visited was so easy. We felt very well taken care of and most of all, we felt safe. Javier made himself available 24/7 in case we had any questions or concerns. I will definitely be working with Javier and the travel company for our next adventure.

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Spain and used this travel company to plan our trip. Samuel and Paloma were engaged, involved, and organized from our initial conversations and emails months before our trip, until the time we boarded our plane for the trip home.

Their experience and attention to detail when booking guides, tours, and transportation made our trip amazing. Paloma and Samuel were constantly available, checking in with us daily to ensure our trip was going smoothly and we didn't need anything. We all agreed, we felt cared for, which is a wonderful way to feel while traveling.

We would highly recommend this travel company to anyone visiting Spain. It will be a memorable vacation!

I interviewed multiple travel partners before deciding on this travel company. The others proposed similar itineraries at lower price, but we chose our travel agency because of our rep, Figen.

She was extremely responsive from before we signed the agreement through the end of our trip to Spain. Any questions we had while on vacation were immediately responded to. Figen was truly a pleasure to work with.

I'd also like to point out that every tour guide and driver she scheduled were on time to the minute.
