It would have been a fine trip if not for the terrible weather. The monsoon season was supposed to be over, but it rained on most of the days I was in Pokhara. The Annapurna range was not visible-in the rain, so there really was not much of a vista for the hikes. With the slippery ground we also had to cut the hikes short as well.

In general the travel company and its local representatives are helpful. The local guides are very accommodating and just really nice to work with.

Our travel company did a wonderful job of organizing and executing my trip. Jay was my contact person and he was very patient and a superstar in listening to my requests and getting them all fulfilled. I had a trip of a lifetime, with every detail well thought out and taken care of. In every city, I was greeted at the airport, and my guides, drivers, and contact people were knowledgeable, considerate, polite, and super wonderful. This really was a trip of a lifetime. I will definitely recommend Zicasso and this travel company to all my friends and relatives.

Our group of five had a wonderful time, and I cannot recommend this company enough if you are planning a trip to Asia.

First of all, the communication between the company and the client is efficient and very timely. Throughout the planning process, we were included in choices to make and kept up to date about suggestions and changes that needed to be made.

We traveled with two college students, two middle-aged women, and an elderly woman in a wheelchair. The service that we were provided was second to none, and the guides we had were able to take into account the needs of all the travelers in our group so that everyone felt like they were on vacation and well cared for.

We spent 14 wonderful days in Japan seeing all of the sights and trying wonderful food. I have traveled all over the world, and I think it would have been very difficult to really feel like I was on vacation in Japan if we had not used this company. Most people in Japan do not speak English well, so without our fabulous guides and drivers, we would have had an uncomfortable trip, and we would have struggled to accomplish our goals.

Lastly, not only was the trip prepared and delivered perfectly to our needs, but we continued to be well cared for when an unexpected typhoon approached, and we had to change some plans to be safe and comfortable. I was very impressed with this company and their ability to move us swiftly without really disrupting our travel even though we had to rearrange some things. If you want to have a wonderful time, choose this company!

My wife and I had a fantastic three-week trip to Sri Lanka in December 2018 and January 2019. This tour company provided us with an itinerary that allowed for a diversity of experiences, giving us an excellent snapshot of the culture, people, food, and natural landscape of Sri Lanka, a country that has something to offer all travelers.

We enjoyed the historical sites in the Cultural Triangle, the wildlife in Gal Oya National Park, hiking in Knuckles Mountain, relaxing in Tea Trails, and walking on the beach in Habaraduwa. Kudos to this tour company for catering to our travel interests. Both the company and the country did not disappoint!

Susan was the perfect fit for our trip to my parents' home country of India. We visited all of my mom's side by traveling to Delhi, Amritsar, Pune, Goa, and Mumbai. During the planning process, Susan put up with our multiple requests to change certain plans, adventures, etc., and she was able to accommodate every single request!

Since we were mostly there to visit family, we didn't do a whole lot of sightseeing, but Susan still executed a flawless itinerary for us by coordinating all of the flights, transportation, drivers, guides, etc., but also mixed in some touring as well. I think most travel agencies can only work with clients who are traveling to experience the destination, so even more kudos to Susan for arranging this all for us.

Her team in India is exceptional. We had points of contact, and when there was a little mix-up with our room in Goa, they worked diligently with our resort to make it right. There was always someone we could contact, night or day, and they were accommodating when we changed some plans on the fly as well. The drivers we had were all amazing and were super flexible when we decided to go off-script. There is no way we would have made our way around India without this travel company!

The travel company is an amazing company, and I will definitely contact them when I travel to India again! They personalized the itinerary based on my preferences and dates. Their attention to detail was executed very well, such as the cute coffee shop or the niche boutique recommendations. All the services provided were top-notch, and our drivers and guides in each city were phenomenal. Everyone was very professional, respectful, and experienced in their role. The staff was very responsive and caring, always there for us when needed.

The travel company surpassed any other tour experience I’ve had in the past. The field supervisor and driver drove 11 hours to meet me when I first arrived just to reassure me that all was impeccably a organized and that I could rely on the company to provide this level of personal attention. The company presented me with a complete packet that contained hotel vouchers, airline tickets, a map of India, and a pamphlet that detailed my entire trip of 21/2 weeks of extensive travel. I continued to receive personal communication and attention at every step of my trip. As a single older woman traveling alone to India, this travel company took the best care of details to ensure I was well taken care of in terms of safety/providing me with excellent, attentive drivers who spoke fluent English, meeting me at each airport with a company representative who went over next day schedules and provided me with any vouchers or tickets I needed; providing hotels that were works of art in themselves, arranging informative local guides, and giving me a comprehensive tour of India. I learned many details pertaining to various cultures and religions of India as they arranged for me to see several ceremonies. I started at Udaipur and traveled to the Pakistan border and ended in Dharamshala at the Himalayas. The company did everything to make this memorable journey possible!! I highly recommend them to all.
