Nusa Dua – Invitation along the Coastline
Bali is an island that has captured imaginations and hearts for more than a millennium. White-sand beaches shine against sapphire waters, and marvelous temples overlook staggering cliffs and reflective ponds. The town of Nusa Dua blends contemporary luxuries with Balinese culture and landscape. Your flight lands at Ngurah Rai International Airport, where your private transfer meets you upon your arrival. The beauty of the island is immediately visible in the blend of emerald jungle canopies and calm waters lapping against the shoreline, whether against limestone cliffs or powdery beaches.
After checking into a lavish resort overlooking the Indian Ocean, you are eager to explore the splendors of Nusa Dua. Cafes and boutique shops frame the main streets. Surfers take to the waters around Pantai Mengiat to bask in the shimmering layers of blue and catch waves curling beyond the reef. You make your way to the marvelous Water Blow, a stunning natural phenomenon set against the rocky coastline at the edge of Nusa Dua.
A walkway passes over the craggy shore that resembles dried coral. The ocean current pushes water into the narrow space along the rock cliff. The pressure builds and builds, until the water erupts like a geyser, splashing down over the rocks and across the walkway before filtering back into the greater ocean body. The mist creates a refreshing air in the tropical warmth. The semi-sweet aroma of the Indian Ocean swirls around you. The majesty of the Water Blow highlights nature’s pure beauty and unbridled power.

Zicasso's travel agent did a wonderful job of arranging seamless, complex transfers from Java to Gili Air to Ubud, Bali, and provided great guides, drivers, and advice, as well as a Wi-Fi hotspot and local currency on arrival. We did have an issue with hotels not reserved until a couple of days ahead and he promptly resolved the problem.
Our agent was a very responsive and prompt communicator. We would recommend!

The hotel in Sanur was absolutely special! We highly recommend it. The resort in Ubud was also wonderful. The staff were great. We had no idea this town was such a vibrant place and would have loved more time to explore it, possibly from a walkable hotel.
Our guide and driver were wonderful and flexible when we needed to stop for a Diet Coke and iced cappuccino. We also felt that Zicasso's travel company was flexible with our changes as we went.
We did the Bali safari on our transfer day and it was a stop we really enjoyed.
Nice job, all involved!

Overall, Zicasso’s travel agent was excellent. The agent was very receptive to our requests, planned our trip very well based on our input, and every arrangement was seamless, without any hiccups.
Singapore is quite humid and can get hot, more than Texas. With walking everywhere, it can be uncomfortable, so perhaps plan to visit in the cooler months, based on local agents’ feedback.
Vietnam was a surprise in all dimensions. It had very good infrastructure. The travel agents took fantastic care of us and the trips to Ninh Bình, which included a bamboo boat tour, and Hạ Long Bay, with a private boat tour, were noteworthy and must-dos.
Bali was a magical and mystical land, with extremely polite and hospitable people and an extraordinary guide who was calm and facilitated our tour so well. The early-morning Mount Batur hike, though moderately strenuous, was worth it, as the sunrise was spectacular, and the trip to the Jagasari area was peaceful and so insightful. I highly recommend staying longer than the four days we stayed and perhaps changing the location to the coast and north side, as traveling within the island from one spot to another takes a long time. The highlight was the kechak dance performance. It gave us goosebumps.
The arrangements were wonderful, with great accommodations and transportation.
Thanks to our travel agent.

The itinerary was well-paced. The hotels were mostly great! The cars were very comfortable. The guides/drivers were prompt and made us feel very safe around crowded locations. The drivers knew the areas well and were skilled in driving on narrow, hilly roads with oncoming, crowded traffic. They provided us with a cold water bottle every day. Other than the hotel tax issue in Malaysia and the incorrect room assignment in Bali, this was an excellent trip. It rained in a few places, but the guide/drivers provided us with giant umbrellas to keep us dry. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We had a spectacular time making memories with our family in Indonesia. The Zicasso tour agency's team was considerate, caring, accommodating, and well-organized. Their attention to detail, consideration, and anticipation of issues were unparalleled. We were out of the country and they still made sure we got the best service from the craftsman we ordered from. Our family will have lasting memories of this special time. We are looking forward to booking another trip with them.
