Day 1
Sanur – Welcome to the Capital of Bali
Your guide will meet you at the airport in the bustling capital city of Denpasar. On your way to your luxury hotel, discover that the charms of Bali are also in its architecture as its myths and culture are carved on every street and every turn. Barong, the mythical lion, guards the land fiercely at the cities many entrances; statues of Arjuna, Hanuman, and other warriors stand tall in the city, perhaps still fighting the battle of good and evil, the eternal battle at that spun the beginning of Bali’s legends.
Traditional architecture is also evident in your hotel, where you will certainly find rest. After a few moments to recover from your travels, visit the nearby Kuta and its famous Legian beach for a relaxing stroll to find a mélange of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Kuta has a mix of high-end brands and local wares, including the traditional kebayas (top), sarongs (wrap skirt), kamen (wrap for men) and udeng (headband for men). Renowned Balinese brands like Uluwatu and their handmade lace outfits and Bin House for batiks are also easily available. Over dinner, enjoy your first sunset in Bali before you return to your serene accommodations for a night of rest, lulled to sleep by the soft gamelan music that plays in the wind.

Our trip with Zicasso's tour company was nothing short of exceptional. From the start, our travel specialist took the time to really understand what we wanted and created a perfectly paced itinerary that reflected all of our preferences. Everything felt thoughtfully planned and tailored just for us.
What truly set this experience apart was how the team handled the unexpected. When our flights were cancelled, the agent who supported us on-site went above and beyond. Throughout the trip, our specialist acted as our personal concierge, helping with every schedule change and request with kindness, patience, and professionalism. It made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free.
We’ve traveled a lot and this was hands-down one of the best services we’ve ever received. A huge thank you to our specialist and agent, and to the entire team at the travel company. We would absolutely book with them again and have already recommended them to family and friends!

Our trip to a Bali was simply amazing and it could not have been better. I contacted three agencies about Bali a few years ago, but we didn’t end up going at that time. When we started to plan our Bali trip this year, we contacted Zicasso's tour company because they had been the most helpful the first time around.

I travelled with my son Marshall and had a great time. There was a lot of time sitting in airports, but that was the fastest way to get around Indonesia to do all of the things that we wanted to do. We had to go to so many islands! The guides at each stop were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. They also suggested good alternatives to the places we visited that gave us the same experience, with the added plus of not being where there were a lot of tourists.
