Zicasso’s travel company, most specifically our agent, far exceeded our expectations. The outstanding service began with an introductory call with her that clearly demonstrated a combination of her deep knowledge, excellent suggestions, and delightful personality. This was followed by multiple calls and emails, with additional ideas, revisions, and, finally, an outstanding itinerary and all necessary hotel and travel arrangements. All of this was followed by superb communication every step of our trip, including daily, friendly WhatsApp updates and reminders from the team.
Every question or request we had during our trip was quickly addressed. In addition to the superb professionalism, the recommendations of days to use a guide and/or driver, along with an excellent selection of knowledgeable guides, made our pre-planned days very enjoyable. In particular, we found several guides that we can strongly recommend to others, including those in Paris, Bordeaux, the Uffizi, and Rome.
We will recommend our agent and the travel company to family and friends planning European travel.
