Our travel agent planned the trip of a lifetime for my husband, myself, and our two teenagers! We were looking for a trip that included 3 different cities (Venice, Florence, and Rome) as well a visit to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. During our initial conversation, our agent was able to quickly assess our particular interests and preferences and immediately suggested a loose itinerary with some awesome activity ideas. Within a day or two, she had put together an amazing trip that included our flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, transportation between cities, and small group tours. She even planned and pre-arranged a beautiful gondola ride in Venice, a cooking class in Florence, and wine-tasting bike tour in Tuscany. Everything went off without a glitch! Two weeks before our trip, we received an extremely well organized packet including a very detailed itinerary, all the contact information we could possibly need, flight vouchers, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, and train tickets. Also included were suggestions for restaurants and things to do in each city. She even included tips on tipping in Italy and a note written in Italian to present to restaurant staff detailing our son's severe food allergies!! The hotels she booked were perfect for our family.....with a 17 yr old boy, and a 16 yr old girl, she understood that two bedrooms and two bathrooms would work best and found the right properties! We would not hesitate to go through Zicasso and this company in planning future vacations! Working with both organizations took all the stress and anxiety out of planning a trip like this!
