Australia, New Zealand Trip Review: Tasmania, Rotorua, Uluru, Queenstown, Luging, Camel Ride, Wildlife, Hobbiton, Islands, Glowworm Cave, 2 Weeks

We absolutely loved so much of our trip! My kids’ (ages 11 and eight) favorite activities were luging in Rotorua, NZ, and the sunset camel ride in Uluru, AU, while my husband and I were enchanted by Hobbiton and enjoyed exploring a glowworm cave with the owner's father! We all loved Tasmania.

There were a few hiccups. However, we were very happy with all the support the Zicasso travel company's team provided in real time to help us get back on track.

The overall trip was fantastic. My husband and I appreciated having the team support our adventures, both the highs and the lows. The team members were detailed-oriented. This trip exceeded our expectations and we’re incredibly grateful for their expertise in curating such memorable experiences.

Greece Vacation Review: History, Culture, Biking, Cuisine, Beaches, Olive Oil Experience, Family Time, 2 Weeks

We had an amazing experience working with Zicasso's travel specialist and her company's team for our two-week trip to Greece. The itinerary was thoughtful, family-friendly, and beautifully balanced, with just the right mix of cultural experiences, local flavor, recreation, and downtime. It was clear from the start that a great deal of care and collaboration went into planning this journey and the result was a trip perfectly suited to our family. Every stop, activity, and transition reflected a deep understanding of what would engage and inspire us.

What truly set our tour company apart was the exceptional Traveler Care team. Throughout the entire trip, they were consistently attentive, warm, and impressively responsive, often going above and beyond, even outside regular hours. Their real-time guidance and reassuring presence gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the journey without ever feeling uncertain or unsupported.

We never once felt unsure or alone while navigating a multi-stop itinerary across several islands and regions. Thanks to the travel company, we were able to focus entirely on what mattered most: being present and making lifelong memories with our children.

If you’re planning a trip to Greece and want something truly unforgettable — not just a vacation, but a seamlessly orchestrated, soul-stirring, memory-making journey — you must work with this company! They took the time to truly understand our family and crafted an experience that felt uniquely ours at every step. Their combination of deep local expertise, personalized care, and flawless execution is nothing short of world-class. Every family should be so fortunate — the company is, quite simply, in a league of its own.

Italy Trip Review: Matera, Puglia, Locorotondo, Lecce, Salento, Ostuni, Otranto, Galatina, Boat Ride, Hiking, Wine Tasting, Cheese Experience, Countryside, 17 Nights

My husband and I had utilized the services of Zicasso for prior journeys to Italy, Southeast Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. For our recent trip to Matera and Puglia, I requested an agency located in Italy that specializes in travel to Italy. We selected a company that was on a magazine’s A-list of travel advisors.

Our travel consultant listened to and respected my requests for certain activities (private food, historical and boat tours, wine tastings, cheese making) and types of accommodations (properties that offered a shaded area to relax and read). She also emailed answers to my numerous detail-oriented questions (the curse of having personally worked as a tour guide). She sent a lovely gift to our first hotel and called halfway through our vacation to check in with us. Communication via text with WhatsApp was convenient and used frequently. Most importantly, when we had a problem with one of our accommodations, she followed up (even after our trip had ended) and graciously offered some compensation.

France Tour Review: Paris, Notre-Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Palace of Versailles, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, 13-Night Trip

Our trip to Paris and the South of France was amazing! We were extremely pleased with our itinerary, visiting the various museums and attractions throughout the trip.

It was unfortunate that France was experiencing a heatwave, but of course, one never knows what Mother Nature has in store for us. We walked the cobblestone streets, keeping well hydrated and managing as best we could. It was a challenge when the temps reached 100 degrees F for several days, but we survived!

The hotel accommodations were lovely and the staff were very accommodating. Zicasso is an exceptional, professional travel company and we were extremely satisfied with everything.
