Wow!!! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the early stages of planning until we depart  Thailand, everything was absolutely wonderful. Lenny at the travel agency was super kind, caring, available and thoughtful, while helping us plan our vacation. Despite the big time zone difference, we never had an issue communicating with one another.  Lenny and his team put together a wonderful itineraries for us, they have provided us with an app that mapped out our tour. The app was available online or and off-line, which was extremely helpful while traveling. They have created that WhatsApp group for us to be able to communicate while on our trip. All of which made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Lenny and his team were available to us with any questions needs and concerns. Such wonderful attention and care! We could not have been happier. Our vacation in Thailand was ann amazing adventure. I Highly recommended Thailand as a vacation destination….amazing sites, amazing food, interesting and rich culture. My friend and I were beyond pleased throughout our 11 days of travel.thank you, Lenny, Vanda and Zicasso for helping us plan such an amazing adventure. I have used Zicasso for my travel needs 5 times now and I have one more trip planned for this coming summer.
