Our Zicasso travel specialist was tremendously helpful in planning and coordinating our 10-day family trip to Croatia.  Planning started in February and we traveled in May. After explaining that our trip was to discover our family history in Croatia and noting a special connection that we had with the country, she immediately focused on how to make the trip a truly special journey for us. The hotels were all excellent and the transportation arrangements were well-coordinated and comfortable. 

Our agent also made sure to highlight places of interest and restaurants that would accommodate our dietary requirements. She was accessible to us throughout the entire trip and regularly checked in and communicated with us. When we had an issue with a lost passport, she went above and beyond the call, working with the hotel and transportation provider to help us locate it, as well as providing contact information for the US Embassy.
