The Zicasso tour operator's team did a fantastic job planning our trip to Switzerland. They covered every detail and provided vouchers for every activity, hotel, gondola ride, etc. Not only that, but they even selected specific rooms in hotels. These were corner rooms with the best views, something that would have been very hard for me to do on my own. I can't recommend this team enough for your next trip to this beautiful country.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Switzerland. The hotels were wonderful, with lovely rooms and in great locations (with beautiful views). The luggage express made our trip easy and convenient. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and timely with their responses. We absolutely loved the trip you all put together for us! We had a wonderful time together! It had a perfect mix of natural beauty, city, mountains, some history, and time to explore on our own (with recommendations provided). The itinerary was so detailed and we had zero issues following the daily plans/instructions during our visit to Switzerland. I think we did just about every single thing you guys had on the list, including the “you might do this” with extra time.

We had a lot of things that we wanted to see on this trip and Zicasso's travel expert was able to plan everything out so we saw all the highlights we wanted to see. We really enjoyed the different types of hotels we stayed in and, of course, the sights were just amazing.

Zicasso's travel agency did an excellent job of helping us plan our Central Europe trip by listening to what we wanted out of the trip and then incorporating our ideas and their expert advice into an amazing itinerary. Our itinerary was jam-packed with wonderful tours and awesome adventures, including wonderful day trips throughout the three weeks of our vacation.
We have done a lot of travelling throughout the world and this was one of the best trips we have taken. In addition, they were always available and very responsive the couple of times we needed their assistance. We highly recommend them to assist anyone with their travel plans.
