The Zicasso travel company was great! The tour they suggested was well put together according to our needs and likes. We visited Venice, Florence, Rome, and the Amalfi Coast. Everything was very well coordinated and things went smoothly and as scheduled, from transfers to hotels and tour guides.

The agent in Italy was very nice, professional, available at all times, and willing to go the extra mile for us, even assisting with things not related to the tour. All the tour guides were very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and very friendly. They do the tours at your pace, which was great due to the high temperatures in August. Doing private tours was the best decision we made.
