This safari travel company planned a spectacular Africa trip for us. They were very patient in making several changes in our itinerary based on our requests and our budget. Their recommendations for places to stay in Namibia, Botswana and South Africa and for following a self-driving itinerary in Namibia were excellent. All details of our trip were taken care of and we always had assistance in guiding us from place to place along a rather complex itinerary. It was so comforting to never have to worry about anything that might go wrong. We especially loved the game viewing, nature and opportunities for hiking in all the places we visited. 

What a fantastic trip! It was so well organized and planned, we were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. It was a one-month journey to Africa, visiting Botswana, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. We always felt taken care of.

The safari portion of our trip could not have been more perfect. We were able to see the animals from very near on night drives and bush walks, with very few other jeeps to disturb the environment. The private concessions are an amazing way to truly experience the animals.

We also explored Cape Town on a number of fantastic private tours. We watched the southern right whales off the coast of Hermanus, tasted some delicious wines in the Winelands, explored charming small towns, tried local cuisine, hiked Table Mountain, and so much more.

Wonderful experience. A trip that we always will reside in our memories. We learned that Kenya is said to be the Garden of God! Beautiful and Majestic! Our travel specialists were magnificent, knowledgeable, and patient. We must have changed our minds 3 times, and we were given the time and options that were superb.  At the time of the trip, all was taken care of, professionally and on time. We were able to relax and count that people will be waiting for us, that local charter flights had been booked, that our transfers to camps were done and on time. We were so relaxed that we didn't even know the name of the next camp or the time or day that we will transfer as we will be notified and it will just happen! I don't write reviews, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this travel company for the trip of your lifetime.

Overall outstanding experience with this company from start to finish.  The agent I dealt with listened to what we wanted our safari experience to be and designed our trip accordingly.  There were no surprises and everything was exactly what we expected.  The preparatory material and phone calls with the agent answered every question we had.  I would highly recommend this company.

My fiancee and I chose this safari travel agency after placing inquiries on several different web sites asking for help planning a honeymoon safari.  What stuck out to me about this company is that I didn't just receive a quick response with a full itinerary based on my paragraph long request (as I did from several other travel agents).  Instead, our agent reached out to me looking for more information.  I could tell that she genuinely wanted to get to know me and my fiancee; our interests, past travel experiences, and what we were truly looking to get out of our trip to Africa.  After a long phone conversation, our agent worked with me to tailor every aspect of the trip to our needs and desires.  She also gave me several lodging options at each stop so as to accommodate my desire to do my own travel research and have flexibility within the entire process.  

What we ended up with was an incredible itinerary that made the most of our 11 days in South Africa.  The trip itself was indescribable.  And while much of that is due to the breathtaking country itself, we were very pleased with the service we got from our travel agency.  Just about each and every recommendation was a hit and we loved each place we stayed at.  The extra dining/nightlife guides and things of that nature were also great.  In short, we certainly did not regret booking our trip through this company and it was a pleasure working with our agent and her team.  Our honeymoon was truly perfect.  I would highly recommend this company to any friends or family planning a trip to Africa.
